i started out with nelnet last year paying 5 dollars a month. one day i noticed they took almost 400 dollars from my account. they said the 5 dollars i was paying was only for 6 months then i had to renew my plan. so i did an income driven repayment plan because as a mother of 2 working a minimum wage job i cant affort 400 a month. i get mail today saying instead off 388 dollars a month i have to pay 364.. how is this helping me at all? i thought they were great at first but the more i talk to them the more crooked they seem.

i am just too stressed out and going crazy with this lender. They bought out my student loan and now Nelnet has become a nightmare for me and my family. Just to give you an idea of the crazyness I am going through see the attached image. It is unreal and I hope these kind of lenders go out of business and stop making people'e lives so horrible.
