I rang nespresso as the handle on my machine snapped on the inside. I rang customer services and was given a day for collection of machine - afternoon collection. The day following collection I rang customer services again to query why it was not collected - they claimed it had been booked wrong! I wasn't very happy as I'd had to use a days holiday but they insisted I had to be in for it to be signed for on collection and arranged another collection and another days holiday. The second attempt - still no collection but the couriers called to collect it the following day when I was at work & clearly couldn't. I rang nespresso again to make a 3rd attempt! I explained I could not take any more holiday as I had none left & the supervisor agreed to collection without a signature. Yet again the 3rd attempt failed - the courier turned up a day early! I was at work so no collection.
I rang nespresso yet again - a total of 105 minutes on the phone so far! Got a young lad by the sounds of his voice, who I told that customer service was utter crap - he claimed I was swearing at him & threatened to put the phone down!
So I've still got no coffee machine, used 2 days holiday, 105 minutes phone bill - what a terrible company. Clearly all their money goes on advertising with George Clooney as they certainly don't seem able to honour their 3year warranty!
I would never recommend them to anyone
