hacking credit card

Good day,

I had made account on Netflix and started using it's free one month trial after feeding my credit card details to activate the trial period. Unfortunately after few days I received an email that password and username has been changed. When I tried to login again to deactivate the services and stop using Netflix to avoid monthly charges, I could not login and now the charges has been levied twice after the trial period got over. Now I cannot find any link to communicate with the netflix

fraud , debiting my axis bank debit card form last three month without my permission

Dear Concern ,

Regret to inform you that i even do not know anything about Netflix and they are charging me from last thrice month by 800/- Rs. , Would request you to please return my money as i am not whaling a single service of this, i tried contacting my bank for the same but they are not able to help you out, first, they have charged 800 /- on 1-05-2017 Sequence No - 712116526090

Second, they have charged me on 01.06.2017 , same amount 800 / - on 01-06-2017 Sequence No. 715212520389

Third on 30 .06.2017 , 800 /- Rs . Sequence No. - 718120528174

Please refund my money back to me , you can not charge my account without my permission.
Looking forward to a positive reply.

800/ - rs. being charged from my account every month without my permission .its a fraud

To Senior Autority ,

This to inform you that my account has been charged thrice from last two month Rs, 800/- , i tried contacting my bank for the same , still not getting any help .i even don't know wats Netflix , i have not shared any bank details or so ...how come u can charged my account .m not even using any services or so ....please refund my money back to me m sharing the generated sequence no. when you have debited my account ... first my account has been debited by 800/- Rs. dated 01-05-2017 & the sequence No. is - 712116526090
Second on 01-06-2017 by the same amount i.e 800/- & the sequence No. is 715212520389
Third on 30.06.2017 , 800/- sequence No. - 718120528174

Request you to please refund my money back in my account else i will have to take legal action against it.
