Poor Tech Support and Product

No one at Netgear speaks English and their support is so, so bad. They can't comprehend even the simplest statements. I have a problem with a new C6300 router. Although it is advertised to work with Comcast Xfinity it would not. Comcast actually got a Netgear Technician on a conference call but after about 15 minutes Netgear dropped the call and didn't call back. Their Technicians either don't listen or can't understand English. Can't say enough bad about them. A $200 router and since I purchased it in Dec of 2017 but didn't open or try and use it until May of 2018 they want to charge me for support. Buyer beware. Stay away from Netgear!
