UIF maternity claim

Good day

I submitted a maternity benefit claim in April 2016 and went to the offices to scan the documents. I kept on checking the progress on the online service and it was completed by the Assessor on the 25th of May 2016 and yet I wasn't paid. It still shows completed by the Assessor. I really thought the online service was quicker however i should have gone the manual way, but due to the ridiculous queues and the horrible service we receive frm your staff I did it online.

My case no is 100040409890 and I really hope I will get some feedback
