I have been using these two products for two months. I am having a terrible time with these products. First my eyes became very bloodshot then began to get worse. I had to go to the eye doctorNow the past 4 days all around my eyes have been itching terrible. They are swollen and very very itchy. Help.....I so wanted this product to work .

I ordered the products by phone and was told that I would receive two products with a trail period by paying the shipping charges.and can cancel anytime. I received and email confirmation for the shipping cost at the same time a cancellation of the same charge. I waited for the products, but never received them. My checking account was charged for two shipping charges plus an extra dollar. 2 weeks later I see two charges in my checking account. One for the amount of 87.71 and the other charge of 89.71. I tried to call the customer services for Nuvaderm at 855-465-4876 and Aquaplex at 855-745-5867. I am put on hold for over half and hour until I finally got tired of waiting. Both numbers have the same recorded voice. This company is a scam. Please tell me how I can recover my money. Stop this company as quickly as possible before more people become victims. Cynthia Owen
