Dear whomever this may concern. I had to purchase a new computer recently. Now i am trying to put some of my games back in.
I downloaded one one my games so far. It asked if this game was already purchased and I hit yes. when It ask for the name I put the name i purchased it under. It says not found. I paid $19.95 for word whomp underground. I made copies of the games. I have purchased and still have my registration numbers for these games . Please tell me how to go about getting these games back in.

I have had this company bill my account $6.95 since 2010. I have attempted to cancel this account several times and have not been successful. I have left several voice messages on their customer service line, which they never answer. They say the only way to cancel the account is by logging in to your account through Oberonmedia.com. I was never given any credentials for an account. I need help I cant afford to have this continue, literally cant afford it.

have 5 charges for games i did not order. if you people charge my bank for one more game i will have a lawyer contact you. i tried to buy one game and it did not work. i let you no what was going on and you still charge, i am very upset that you people do these things when everyone has to pinch every penny. i want to cancel may account as of right now and i expect a refund for the money you took and was not suppose too. if you take any more i will find away to get my refund. same on you if anyone ask me about you i will tell them how bad you are and how you rip people off.this is nothing but a scam and there are conquences for doing that.
