This is not the best pan I have ever bough. This pan has a life time guarantee , What do I have to do to get this pan replace?

I have had my orgreenic frying pan for four plus years, absolutely love it, it is a key part of my morning cooking routine.
My challenge is warranty, the last month I have to nurse the pan along, seasoning is not working, even using coconut oil my eggs are sticking 30% and its not the joy of a pan it has been.
Can anyone share the contact information and any ins and outs you have had requesting a replacement.

I purchased not one but two sets of this cookware. Within a month, everything started sticking. I called the company and they said to season the cookware with vegetable spray. I did that and now neither set is worthing using. They stick, are chipped and are discolored. Company just kept saying to season them with cooking spray every time I called. I was even nuts enough to buy all the extra pieces. Will not be that foolish again. Waste of money, time and energy.

This is not a complaint, but a confession! I bought a large frying pan and small frying pan after watching the commercials on TV. At first, the pans worked great, then after many uses, the food stuff began to stick. Not just stick, but cook right into the surface of the pans. I was so disappointed that these pans were just another TV commercial failure. I decided to investigate why the food was sticking and found that I was the reason! The instructions plainly say not to use vegetable spray, but I did not heed the warning. I used the spray every time I cooked and used it generously! The spray was causing a film to form over the surface of the pan! This film was the reason the food was sticking and cooking into the surface! How did I remedy this, you ask???? Simple...baking soda! I made a thick paste of baking soda and water and started rubbing the surface of the pans. The wet baking powder began to turn brown! Very quickly the sheen began to appear back on the pans. I washed, rinsed, and dried the pans. Then put a small amount of vegetable oil on a paper towel and wiped the inside of the pan. This only takes a very small amount and should be wiped out completely. I tested the pans with fried eggs. No vegetable spray! I put a small amount of butter in the pan and fried the eggs as usual. Everything worked great! The eggs slid out and cooked perfectly!! Now, I wipe out the pans, wash, rinse, and dry, and apply the vegetable oil (if needed). I do not put the pans in the dishwasher because they clean so easily, it seems a waste of dishwasher space!!

This is supposed to be non-stick but my pans are sticking like crazy. When bought they were supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. How do I get replaced?

I bought a orgreenic pan and was very dissapointed. I seasoned it as directed and everything sticks. It is the WORST pan I ever had .Why do companies do this? It is suppose to be nonstick.Do they just want a BAD name for themselves or do they just want to scam HONEST people from their HARD earned money? That is pretty SICK.

My wife purchased an orgreenic pan in December. I "seasoned" it EXACTLY as stated in the directions; however, everything sticks worse in this pan than in any of my other ones. Every time I cook eggs, etc., it takes at least 10 - 20 minutes to clean it by hand. The screws, or whatever, that holds the handle to the main cooking pan are also rusting. I don't think it's worth returning, and I tell everyone I know NOT to wast their money.

I have the same complaints as most on the page. Bought the 10" frying pan back in June of 2012. Followed the direction for seasoning the pan and it DID work as advertised for a few months, but then food started sticking. I called customer support and they told me to Boil Water in the pan for a while, clean it again, then season it with Vegetable Oil. I asked what I should do if this process doesn't work and he told me to go to their web site and return the product (which will cost approximately $17 for 2 way shipping.) I tried the cleaning process as he stated and it didn't work. If fact I did this 3 times, all with the same result - everything sticks to this pan. My only recourse is to mail the product back to them and they stated that they would sent me a new one, if the product is faulty. Which to me means they will find a way to blame the consumer for their product being faulty. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless you have plenty of money to waste replacing it every couple of months or so.

I bought the Orgreenics frying pan for half-price at a Showcase retail outlet in Canada. I followed the instructions religiously. I seasoned it, which was hard to do because the oil just beaded up, but I did it anyway. I never had the stove element higher than 3.5 which is medium low. I never put it in the dishwasher. I washed it after use in warm sudsy water with a mild organic dish detergent and dried it and treated it with respect. It worked fantastic for the first couple of weeks. Then it started sticking a bit, so I used a small amount of oil. Then it started to not clean as easily, so I had to wash it a bit longer and put more muscle into it. After six weeks, I seasoned it again because food was sticking so bad and it was hard to clean. The oil stuck like glue and was very difficult to remove. I have had it for two months and now the rivets holding the handle are loose, there's a dark stain in the centre of the pan, and I need to use oil in the same amount as I do with any regular frying pan. The grey coating on outside bottom of the pan is chipping off even though I have a flat-top stove. My husband fried eggs in butter the other day and they stuck so bad that when he tried to scrape them off with a metal spatula, he scratched the pan - not at all like the commercial that shows the pan taking all lots of abuse and man-handling. I am completely and totally unimpressed. Orgreenics works as advertised for about two weeks. This company needs to do more R&D on their product. My recommendation is to not purchase this product.

I bought the pan two months ago and seasoned as instructed .At first it worked well.,I tried to care for the pan as well as possible
(handwashing,,no metal utensils,no very high heat etc.) well that honeymoon ended, it now sticks horribly, the eggs,I tried to fry

My experience with the Ogreenic Cookware mirrors that of many of the other complaints posted here. I followed the instructions and properly "seasoned" the pans. However, after about a month all of the Ogreenic pans that I ordered began to loose the non-stick properties. Now everything sticks to them and the irony is that they are harder to clean that any other pans I own. DO NOT PURCHASE THEM or you will be sorry.

The first night i received this cookware i seasoned each piece as instructed . The next morning i used the small pan to cook breakfast and it seemed to work OK , but not as well as it appeared to worked in commercial . Each use thereafter it be came less and less non-stick to the point where even soaking in water over night , it was very difficult to get clean and left a film i can not get off . At this point three months later , no matter how much oil or butter i use , every thing sticks to it and is hard to clean . When i was purchasing this cookware they tried to sell me a special coating witch cost an additional ten dollars per pot and was supposed to protect cookware from chipping or scratching and probably makes that souffle fall out of the pan like the advertisement on TV . ( this should have been the red flag that discouraged me but i refused the coating cost because it was never mentioned in commercial to be necessary and it came with lifetime warranty ) so i proceeded to purchase any way . Bad move ! This is the worst cookware i have ever used ! The pots and pan i chose to replace after 15 years have less chips and scratches than Orgreenic after three months . Alegre gave me a set of stainless steel utensils to use with their product in confidence and 15 years later it is starting to wear . I would not dare use stainless steel on Orgreenic and what is this coating they try to sell you ? Is it as cancer casing as Teflon ? I haven't even seen , heard or read any testimonials about this coating either . If there are any law suits against them , count me in . After reading some of the testimonials , i do not look forward to returning this product . Good luck if you choose to purchase anyway . jim

I placed an order on 02/25/12 and today is 04/11/12 and I did not receive my product. I just came off the phone with a representative and I was told that the delay is due to the success of the product and that shipping will take 60 days due to the demand of the product and I should call back in a week.

Waste of money. Bought a 10" pan at Target. I followed seasoning instructions before using. One time out of 15 (or so), I was able to turn 2 fried eggs over without destroying them, but then they stuck completely on the second side. The TV commercial touts a lifetime guarantee, even if the pans are damaged by you. LIES! The fine print on the packaging states the opposite. Even if the pans need to be returned due to defective reasons, you have to pay shipping. It would be cheaper to go buy another one, which I will never do. Don't waste your money.

I to ordered and received the piece of ALUMINUM JUNK, it is a complete fraudulent scam ! How does our Gov.t allow this type of felony scam to be thrust upon the unknown public?? If myself or any American Citizen sold such Junk, We would be Arrested and charged with FELONY fraud Any one who purchased this JUNK.should send a letter to their Congressman and Senator in Washington D.C.and DEMAND that they investigate the Criminals marketing UNDER FALSE STATEMENTS, And supposed testimonies of this useless product!

I am very mad about this company sending me more pots and charging my credit card without my permission. The first order was supposed to be one pan with one free for $19.99. I also ordered lids for both pans. The total came to over $50.00. Then we came back from a trip and found a large package on our doorstep delivered by FEDEX. When called they stated they could not pick up that package after it had been delivered. I had to open it and follow the instructions to return it. There was a bill for $111.91, already paid by my credit card. There are no instructions on return. Just a phone # that puts you on hold, and uses up minutes on my cell phone. I do not like the two pans I got because they do stick, and scratched on the first use.

I just bought the frying pan... I am not even home yet so I havent tried the pan... I bought it at Walgreens so It just cost me 20 bucks... I hope it works but after reading all these comments I am kind of scare it would not... so my question is: Is it the anthics of the company that is bad or is it the product itself?

Scamarama!!! These people are thieves! I got sucked in...their website is misleading, and a hook. If you place an order be careful...they give you an option to have "anoxize coated exterior for 'just $19.95 more'"...but that is for each piece...when I went to click my browser back to edit the order, it bounced me off. I thought the order never went through, never got a confirmation, never got an email...they just showed up 6 weeks later. When I called the customer service line, it took an hour to get through...and the girl was totally rude. I would have tried them, but not for $359.00!!! I sent them back, was out shipping and handling both ways!! I did get my credit and thankfully I did because I do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is the worst pan I have ever bought.I seasoned it the way the directions told me and the darn thing is the worst sticking pan I have ever had even on very low heat..Beware everyone

Scam Scam Scam I order the pans on 02/10/2012 and cancelled the order on 02/14/2012 and got charged on 03/27/2012 for more then 19.95 plus 6.99 for shipping . I got chared 45.00 and i called the same day on 03/27/2012 i seen the charged and asked to speak to the manager and they said that i had to fax my opinion to the manager and maybe they would call me back . BS then they told me that they could give me half of the money back but not a full refund on a order that i dontn have any thing to conform .

I ordered the 2 frying pans for 19.99 8 weeks later a whole set of pans arrive, I have been on the phone for 3 days now trying to get this rectified but they tell me i have to pay thirty dollars for it to be shipped back to them what a scam huh. i notified my my card for them to hot card the company so they cannot get anymore money, If they refuse to pay for the shipping for their mistake they will sit here till they do, because they are not getting any more money out of me...Tell everyone you know to stay away from this company they nothing but a rip off i'm also reporting them to the BBB and the news stations dateline 20/20 newspapers radio stations and every web site possible. If you go online to order the $19.95 special, you will be forced unknowingly to purchase the entire set costing well over $300.00, and when you call the company to cancel they tell you it cant be done for 72 hours all they can do if flag the order but they will not guarantee it will not go through. then they charge your card a huge amount of money and send you a full set of pans. television commercial advertised 2 10" orgreenic frying pans for $19.95 pluys shipping, you call the number and its a recording and you can not get to a live person. it never says anything except thank you for calling to order the frying pans, give us your name
and credit card and address, after you do that it goes on and on about a whole set, you say no and it goes on some more about
a better prices, you still say no and it never confirms your order of the $19.95 plus shipping for two frying pans. You just cant get to
anyone so you hang up, then you call the status customer service line, you hold on for 15 minutes and then they say its not in computer to call back in 24 hours. I am still trying to stop anything from coming, i would never order from these people, you should dial the number 800 277-3986 and just listen, never anyone. non stop recording.

I have received the whole set and am amazed that they do work but you have to put something in the pan before you cook with them.(oil or butter) Of course, after you season them. I do have to say I did receive some of the pans defective. I called customer service. They were very accommodating but I have not received my repacement yet. I sure hope I am not disappointed.
