I was hit for $10.25 today. I tried to email them but of course it came back as undeliverable. I will be contacting my bank on 03/08/2012. They are messing with the wrong person here, I have Federal connections which will help in this situation. I pitty the poor fool that crosses me....

Their customer service was good two years ago. Today, I was treated like crap: hung up on during a phone call and ignored in live chat.

My problem: I had a hard drive fail and was told that the "service net replacement plan" I paid for wouldn't replace the item.

They call our home constantly even though we are on the Do Not Call list. They are the ONLY company who calls us since we've been on that list. They call 3-4 times DAILY, all times of the day. The latest they've called is 8:30 PM which is just ridiculous. Children could be sleeping...

i'm sorry that you've lost a big amount because of this scam...good that you have discovered it earlier...they are big time syndicates that is why they still continue to exists and not caught by authorities......

yeah i think so that they are not using their own pictures..they hide their identities using the pictures of innocent people... they are certified evil...they deserved to be punished...but they can't be caught because they are big time syndicates......

This company contacted me in December 2011. Short Version: They called Said I ordered magazines wanted to confirm cc information. I said I did not order any and hung up. Now the phone calls became relentless. For personal reasons I wont say why, but I got scared, flustered and easily confused....
