On June 14th,2014, I inquired about an advertised software program to clean my computer of viruses. Within days of ordering the product, I did some research on the company and found they were just a scam & ripoff organization with thousands of complaints of illegal billing. I immediately called to cancel my order, & was informed my order would be immediately cancelled & I would be credited back my full purchase charges. Every month since, my mastercard has been charged $23.49, even after numerous acknowledgements that my order has been completely cancelled and promises of full refunds of all billing charges. It boggles my mind how such an organization can get away with such a blatant ripoff without being jailed.
