I got messages from tcspsk regarding my passport. Last message I received on 21st April . I still waiting for my passport. But today I received the message from tcspsk passport is return , undelivered because of reason return unclaimed. How????
What a pathetic service given by tcspsk to customer. No one came at our doorstep to deliver my passport.
Am very unhappy. Request you help me to get my passport back.

Hi sir, this prakash i ve seen my status of my passport showing that Police Verification Report is not clear and application is under review at Regional Passport Office. but all the police verification done by end of the april 2015 how i need to get my passport soon MA3068426822115

This centre is the worst I have seen

They ask you to report at 1045 AM for a 11 AM Appt.No space to stand.Ask you to wait outside literally on the ROAD SIDE.The Security guy is RUDE and DOES NOT Exhibit any good behaviour

You stand for 45 mins to 1 hour for Verification of Docs--Small room , hardly 5 Chairs to sit.Senior Citizens, women, children are hoarded like cattle

Now comes the worst experience,Some 20 something girl in Counter A1( I went on 23rd Mar 2015) misbehaves, is rude, impolite,does not explain what needs to be done, unnecessarily argumentative,very very frustrating experience (esp for me almost 60 Years having run Organisations Globally with Youngsters wherein we believe in Customer Satisfaction the MOST).

It took 5 HOURS to get out of the goddamn place

Whereis the redressal for the Agony and Frustration I went thro ?????

The redeeming feature is that the Govt Officials were very cordial and polite

After a lot of struggle managed to get an appointment at the PSK in ORR (Sai Arcade). I was pleasantly surprised at the service provided by the government officials. They were courteous, made a little small talk and processed my papers in a jiffy. The contract staff on the other hand seem to have been selected specifically to ensure that customers/citizens are treated as shoddily as possible. Picture this: the girl who worked through my papers asked me a Q and when I answered, she spoke in a south indian language to her colleague obviously making fun of my answer. Once you are done with the B and C counter cheque, the contractor who sits alongside the government official looks at you and says 'Exit' - that's all, one word, Exit. I am sure he's mastered the art of obnoxiousness.

If this is the kind of service that one can expect, I don't mind a throwback to the earlier days. Bring back the government folks, throw out the contractors.

These people want bribe for clearing documents.those illiterate people tell that documents are insufficient.I urge some vigilance officials must catch these criminals.Stupid people r filled inside tcs.

TCS AND PASSPORT OFFICE GUYS ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT. THE TCS GUY MET ME OUTSIDE THE PSK HE ASKED ME BRIBE OF RS.3000/- FOR GETTING ME APPOINTMENT AND ALSO TOLD ME I DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO PSK HE WILL DIRECTLY MANAGE THE PASSPORT OFFICER ALSO .
I THINK THIS GOVT IS TOTALLY CORRUPT THEY ARE FINDING DIFFERENT WAYS OF MAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE SO THEY STARTED THIS STUPID PASSPORT SEVA KENDRA CONCEPT. EARLIER PASSPORT OFFICE WAS MUCH DECENT AND BETTER, IT SEEMS RATAN TATA AND GOVT HAS NO OTHER BETTER WORK TO DO NOW.
