DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. How I wish I would have looked more into their company before buying my mother of the bride dress. The dress I received looked nothing like the picture that I had ordered. Their resolution is for me to send pictures which I did. They are willing to have me send the dress back and they will give me a partial refund. WHy would I pay them to make me a horrible dress and then let them keep it. The material on the top of the dress didn't even match the bottom of the dress. I have put in a claim to my credit card and hope to receive a refund. Hopefully, others will see these complaints and not go through all the trouble I have had.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PERIDRESS. I cannot state this enough. I ordered a mother of the bride dress through them and what I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The top and bottom material didn't even match. I ordered the extra yard of material to lengthen the sleeves if needed and they sent me the lining material. They asked for pictures of what was wrong with the dress and I sent them some but let them know that everything was wrong with the dress since it didn't look a thing like I ordered. They have decided that I can send the dress back and they will be glad to give me a partial refund. They get the dress and my money, are they kidding. Alice Zhou stated that their website states they don't have to make the dress look 100% like the one you order. Mine was not even 10% like I ordered. This is a scam company and I wished I would have looked into them more before ordering. I have a dispute into my credit card company and I hope they will be able to settle this for me.

Hello, everyone. I have a wedding dress from Peridress on June the sixth, but my wedding day has been fixed on the August the sixteenth! The time for dress making was not ample itself, so I was a little anxious! I told the situation to the Peridress service advisors and got their fully understand! So nice they were of relaxing me by a promise of 40 days to complete! In result I accepted the dress on July the twenty sixth! Besides, I found it was so beautiful which is exactly as in the picture! And a perfect fit! I love it! My wedding was held in success as planned! It made happiest! Really great thanks to Peridress! I will recommend Peridress to all of my friends.

I bought my wedding dress off peridress and it is beautiful. I ordered it on 18the Dec and it arrived on 8the Jan so it only took theree weeks over Christmas. I showed it to a dress maker and she told me it would cost $1600 because it has a lot of embroidery on it. The embroidery is perfect it does not pull on thee fabric and is very intricate. it looks exactly like thee picture and like i wanted. It only cost me $200. I ordered six monthes in advance just in case but did not need it. I also theought if I was going to spend $1600 on a dress I might as well try thee $200 dress first because really what is thee difference between $1600 and $1800? Thank You peridress.com
