Cold pizza, onion ring & potato wedges

Ordered pizza, onion ring, mushroom soup and chicken popcorn at 7pm through online.
Updates at pizza apps shows pizza is out for delivery around 825pm.
Staff at Pizza Hut Kelana Jaya called and inform the pizza is already out for delivery at 830pm.
10 minutes later, the rider called and inform the chicken popcorn is not available & they replace it with potato wedges, breadstix and one extra mushroom soup without my consent.
Order arrived at 850pm but with cold pizza, cold onion ring and cold breadstix. The only thing which is hot is mushroom soup.
Very dissapointing services by Pizza Hut. I think this may be the last time I ordered Pizza Hut. No more Pizza Hut after this. Your competitor are even better.

Food not worth the price

The pizza here is too small and I wanted to ask on the price raise which I just get to know. For rm17 I think the pizza is not worth because it looks like rm10 pizza and price increase should also increase with the quality but here the pizza size got smaller but price keep rising. This pizza I ordered was regular but it looks like personal pizza.

Order not delivered

Made an order for pizza hut from app n payment also done using my tng ewallet...order was supposed 2 b deliver by 10.26pm@10/5/2023 but until now never received..when i track my order it shows "order has been completed deliver" but if i check at history it show "1 order pending"....it was my birthday n i want to give my only daughter a treat but i dono wat de hell happened for not deliver de order...they totaly ruin my birthday...my general reminder pls dun make payment 1st to avoid such things happen...better pay by cash after receiving de food.

Staff dictating its Own Menu Prices with Bad Staff Attitude and Bad Manners

This complaint is ascribed to the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 14 Branch Outlet) I had visited for lunch on Saturday, December 31, 2023, which I decided to dine-in by walking into the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 14 Branch Outlet) pertaining to the staff on duty at the front podium at front entrance dictating its Own Menu Prices with Bad Staff Attitude and Bad Manners rather than explaining the exact correct promotional prices on the menu.

I walk-in to the Pizza Hut Restaurant in Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 14 Branch Outlet) at lunch hour to inquire about the promotional prices on the menu and the staff on duty with Bad Staff Attitude and Bad Manners at the front podium at front entrance approach me dictating its own menu prices. The staff on duty with Bad Staff Attitude and Bad Manners tells me that dine-in customers need to pay additional 51% above the promotional price on the menu as the RM 16.95 promotional items prices stated on the menu is only for take away customers. Apparently there is no mention being either written or stated on the menu that customers need to pay additional 51% above the promotional prices if customers was to dine-in and the Staff with Bad Staff Attitude and Bad Manners verbally tell the customers to blame it on the Pizza Hut top management for the menu prices to pay additional 51% above the promotional prices rather than explaining the exact correct promotional prices on the menu.

Ever since Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza restaurant and being a Pizza Hut favorite customer since childhood days, I am indeed very disappointed of how Pizza Hut treats their loyal customers.

Hence, I will never support Pizza Hut ever again.

order dessert ais krim vanila tak dapat & lama menunggu.. bila bayar dikaunter bagitau ais krim vanila tak dapat staff buat muka & tak cakap sorry @ mintak maaf.. bila staff bg ais krim utk bungkus bagi ais krim coklat..dh la tak bagi sudu nak makan macam mana..kalau service kami dah bayar macam ni ke cara layanan..tolong la store manager bgtau staff cara nk layan customer dgn baik.. so bad staff..

Didnt received the order after released payment

Pizza Hut didnt send my order after released payment . I call Pizza Hut but no one answered it so i email them but the same happen Pizza Hut team never reply my email. I just need refund asap.

Pizza Hut Pelangi semenyih service sangat teruk!!!order by online utk selfpickup.sampai di kedai pukul 10pm staff sendiri willing hantar dekat kereta and memang ada set utk ambik curbside..detail kereta semua ada bagi!!!sejam aku tunggu dalam kereta dgn ank kecik!!masuk balik staff bole borak2 buat xde apa!!!makanan aku da siap lama sb da berwap da bila aku tgk paper bag dia!!!bukan main lama aku duduk dalam kereta!!!da la apa aku order xdpt!!!tolong la PIZZA HUT!!KAU BAGI TRAINNING STAFF KAU TU BETUL2!!XDE ADAB SATU HAL.XAMANAH SATU HAL!!!

RUDE STAFFS, VERY BAD SERVICE

My worst experience ever with pizza hut Bandar Baru Klang..the staffs working there are very rude especially a malay rider named Faris(i dn knw if it's his real name)..doesn't know how to respect the customer.. There was an empty public parking lot and it was blocked by the rider's bike.. So we have to park at the rider's parking lot as that was the only parking left.. As we entered the pizza, we were told by the counter staff to remove the car from the rider's parking lot as the rider's will be coming in..After receiving our order, we were told that will take about 10 minutes to pick up the pizza as we were the only customer there and we were asked to wait outside..and we were told again by the manager to remove the car from the parking lot.. While we went out to remove the car, our car was blocked by a customer who has entered in order pizza..so we were waiting for that customer to come out.. Suddenly the Rider came out and asked us to remove the car from their parking lot and we said our car is blocked..Then we questioned him why blocked the public's parking lot if this is actually a rider's parking and he gave us a silly answer which he have to park there as his parking was blocked by us..By the time we arrived the pizza, the bike was already there..Later he switched the parking as we removed the car from there.. But he was quite unsatisfied and he used unpleasant words and went inside pulling the shop's mirror door harder..Then i went in again to check if my order was ready as it was already 15minutes but then the staff who attended us told that will take another 15 minutes as they just going to prepare it because they are receiving many orders..and later after few minutes the staff informed that our order is ready and she just placed at the corner of a table and asked us to collect it as she were standing at the counter..While on the way,we found out that they have actually packed a different flavor instead of what we have ordered..We went back and the branch manager attended us and she just said will prepare a new pizza as our order while we can still take back the previous one.. And she didn't even ask for a apology eventhough it's their mistake and didn't double check before hand it over to customer..I wasted my time, car petrol because of their carelessness.. And because of this, i got to rush to my work without having a proper lunch.. Spoiled my mood..Please train well your staffs how to handle a customer and get to know your work ethics 1st.. We are paying for our foods and you are charging service tax for it.. What for you need a service charge if your service is very bad?

Logistic/Supplier

I am neighbour to this restaurant. This year twice my roof have been hit by your supplier trucks. Today is the second time, truck number MDJ 8766. Are these drivers blind?I have already block the sideway, yet they can still hit whatever that is blocking their way.
I hope your management can take note of this.

Delivery time delayed

3/11/2019, 7.45pm, I make order with hot line pizza hut and delivery time is one hour.
No raining should be no worry so much should can arrived on time, however at 8.40pm, seem still no received any call from them, I had to called hot line to find out, officer reply is on the way. After 10mins I called hot line again still not received, officer reply will asked restaurant person contact me. Wait five min only received call, rider sound no good said will send to me in 10min. Since is delay so much, I asked rider are u promise can send to me in 10min? If not please don't lie me again, then no need ask me wait u here. He said can, but another 5 min later rider just waps me am I want to cancel order cos he also cannot send me in 10min time.
All this actually already 1 and half hours my order also not deliver, time is 9.30pm, why this can happened and no one will take responsibility of lost, no one will take care, if you want do business, please listen customer complaints, this happened few years ago my experience delayed time 2 hour from u, actually I had stop eating pizza hut this few year, just I have little hope try again to eat may be they have do improvement, but not, really felt disappointed. Finally I have to wait hungry and cooked maggie mee to eated, very funny.

Delivery boy without licence to drive motor bike.

Iwish to made a complaint to Pizza Hut delivery service devision that hire a staff with no licence to deliver their pizza hut. This is so unbeliveble. A well stabilish chain restaurant in Malaysia.

This boy accidentaly knock my car & the Melaka branch manager ask both of us to made a police report so that Pizza Hut insurance company will settle the bill. After i submit all the nessasary document to Mr.Sharil n i wait about 2 months it seems no reapone at all. I try to call him but he not border at all to pick up my call. After so many many time i call at last he pick up my call. He was surprising told me that he can't do anything because the boy was no licence. Thier insurance can't do anything and he ask to refer back to his staff. This is the answer after 2 month i have been waiting.

Delay till no time

8.30pm order till 10.00pm still can’t receive , status : send already , call , call centre, will ask the branch manager to call back but ..... still , no news , call again call centre, status: SENDED , after ask the operator, the branch manager will call you, hey what kind services of this, very sad of Pizza Hut this kind of service .

But we’ll done , this kind of fantasic service!!!!!!!

Reg staff

Hi I'm Sara I'm came to Pizza hut in Sentul boulveard. Very poor service. We order salad almost after 1 hour came. We almost want to cancel. We ask for fork the staff shout telling already give. I think this is not mamak stall. Proper franchise restaurant. Staff need counseling and proper training especially staff name Lalitha.

No delivery

Hi team,

I'm really in bad anger due to your irresponsible service. I ordered pizza at 9.51pm which supposed to arrive at 10.20 but then, the delivery boy canceled the order saying that the store doesn't cover my area. Is that my problem and why the customer service officer not aware of this & made me to wait 1hour.

Later the manager called me & promised that will deliver in 15-20 minutes with RM10 discount & 2 free voucher.But no one arrived till now. After 45mins I received call from the store saying that they are waiting for me to pick up the order. *** ?Whats going on nowadays with your service level.Is that no one is watching you people ?Do you people even scared to the law or not ?

What you expect in return from customer for a such rubbish service ? I will claim my rights for wasting my time & you have to compensate on this .

Hari ni beli aloha chicken kononya buka posa makan pizza la..skli balik buka...aku rasa pizza jalanan tu lg meriah bahan dia..klu rasa xnak niaga jgn niaga kedekut bahan...berapa ketul nenas aku boleh kira...sikit gila...rasa mcm xsesuai ja..nak cakap nie pizza dari pizza hut sbb mmg nmpk xda class..spoil mood nk buka posa...cawangan kuala pilah tgok la..hati tu bersih sikit buat keja ikhlas sikit...agak2 nak jual kat orang pun..

Staff Very bad

Staff tersangat tiada adab , Serve customer muka ketat and then hantar makanan campak sudu . Orang lain pon penat kerja, balik kerja nak makan pizza tetiba bila kena layanan cmni mmg mood down terus . Dik customer makan murah/mahal please jangan campak sudu mcm tu . Staff tak ada adab

Staff yang tersangat tak ada adab , Datang bagi makanan pada customer main campak je sudu, boleh kot letak elok2. Dengan muka tak ada senyum . Kita pon penat kerja, nak makan tengok layanan mcm ni , very badd staff Pizza Hut Aeon Manjung. Please respect customer even makan set murah/mahal . Bukan guna gaji awk dik . sorry bye

FOREIGN OBJECT ON PIZZA

Hi, i ordered two regular pizza via online for my family which includes kids on 7/11/17 at around 9pm. While, serving the pizza for kids my mother noticed a piece of plastic which was probably cooked together with the pizza (based on the appearance). This is really ridiculous as it was a big piece of plastic and I am curious that the staff did not notice it. As a doctor, i am really concerned in this matter as it i am pretty sure that the chemicals from the plastic had already been mixed with the pizza and that pizza was almost being served to the kids. How good is the quality control service that pizza hut is dealing with???.
Furthermore, i called and spoken to the HQ manager in charge (name not to mentioned here) at around 10pm and that person said he will contact the branch manager in-charge of the outlet that delivered the pizza. After almost an hour waiting, i didnt receive any call from anyone. I called back the HQ and requested for the branch number. Then, I called the branch and spoke to the manager on duty (name not to mentioned here), surprisingly the manager on duty was questioning me on what was my complaint. I never knew pizza hut communication service will be this efficient. And again I had to explain the same thing to the branch manager. After almost one hour dealing this, the manager then told that he will replace the pizza immediately which i really felt useless for me to accept it as the time was almost 11pm and its time for bed and not dinner.
I am really disappointed with Pizza Hut, the service and how quick they respond to a complaint. I take this matter serious as it involves health concern of the food served for kids.
I am expecting an effective respond and action from the management team regarding this matter. Do revert to me as soon as possible. Thank You.

I went to pizza hut delivery @ taman buku tiram around 8.30 pm the take order person told me . Only can order side order . Pizza all finished . The time only 8.30pm . So fast finish . Hmmmm what the ...... service

Cant Deliver the pizza due to its traffic jam

To whom it may concern,

Today, I wanted to order the pizza we call two times but to no avail no one picks up. Finally, we call the third time and ready to order but the employee told us that we can't deliver because it's traffic Jam!! But, the restaurant is situated near to jalan imbi which is quite near to KLCC where I stay at and doesn't take about 30 minutes to arrive here. Furthermore, all delivery uses motorcycle to deliver and as a customer I don't get what's the hold up on not taking the delivery.

I as a loyal customer loves pizza hut and I don't want to stop ordering pizza from this amazing shop. But, today accident loses the trust that I give to this company fully.

I hope that the management team can give a strict conduct to the employees on how to behave when dealing with customer especially when ordering on the phone.

Customer service not in mood

I've called ph branch in kajang,selangor for make an order..The service is so terrible..the man on the phone respond was very rude.i'm asking about the amount for certain size of pizza..and i hear a word sound like " eh so stupid" from there. im the customer!! i do have a right to ask about that. Is it wrong? dont you think that ur employee action was very rude? if he doesnt in mood then take a walk away. Dont mess up with the customer.. then when i said i want that pizza in hot condition he suddenly hang up the phone and end the call..please make sure ur staff in a GOOD MOOD before starting a work..customer is always right even they bring up the problem first..thank you

No fresh pizza delivered

I'm very disappointed with my pizza deliver...the menu I ordered is supreme chicken pizza thin and chicken fingers...when I received my order its in very bad condition and it's very dry not look fresh..I ordered pizza thin but I received pan pizza...I'm paying for everything and it's not free for you all delivered such a food like this..I want any higher level management to contact me regarding this.
