Last night around 9pm I rung pizza hut Porirua and placed an order for pickup. A guy name Ace who told me his name was Steve was incredibly rude on the phone, I ordered the $26 Mega Deal and I asked for 1 summer shrimp and two Hawaiian pizzas and I wanted garlic bread but he snapped at me and said, " well we don't have any garlic bread in store your gonna have to pick something else", so I did and I was trying my best to stay calm and not get mad at this guy..anyways I added 4 classics to my order which came up to $46 all up but when my husband went down to pickup our order, he paid for our order and got his receipt and he noticed that the summer shrimp pizza was not included so he asked this same guy that took my order on the phone why there was no summer shrimp pizza and he replied saying that he didn't hear me say summer shrimp but he heard BBQ mushroom.. but the question is how the f-k can he get those two pizzas mixed up when they don't even sound close to the same pronounciation? And if he wasn't too busy being rude he would've remembered to repeat my order back to make sure that his got the order right like every other person that's taken my order in the past at pizza hut. He went ahead and charged my husband again for this seafood pizza and when I rung to make a complaint he basically laughed at my face and kept giving smart comments like he doesn't give a rats ass about my complaint. I went into the restaurant this morning to make a formal complaint but the duty manager name Sam was totally rude, he saw me & my husband and he just waved a hand for us to wait while he walks to the back and kept talking on his phone. He returned after 5mins and decided to argue with us instead of giving us a damn refund and refused to give the low life duty manager on last night's name when I did my order. I have never experienced such shitty customer service like this before and this will be the last time I'm ever gonna order from pizza hut and I'll make sure to tell my families & friends to never order from this restaurant so they won't have the same experience me and my husband have had. I wouldn't have made such a big d we al about this if that asshole Ace (Steve) would just admit he made a mistake and refund my money but the fact he laughs at my face but refuses to admitt he was wrong, for all we know is maybe he got his maths wrong and overcharged and ripped us off..maybe he should've stayed in school maybe he would've known the right amount he should've charged the low life scum. Overall I want my refund! Bloody hell money don't grow on damn trees..and this loser is messing with the wrong woman!!
