This company did not fulfill their agreement in the bill of sale.
The seller will not pay for the service that was done on the vehicle and what he agreed to in the bill of sale.
Before buying the car, I identified the deficiencies with the vehicle. They agreed to fix all deficiencies. He agreed to fix the gas cap, replace right windshield wiper, buff the headlights, fix the brakes, get another key made, and fix door locks. I was not going to buy the vehicle if they did not have the other key. They said they bought the car with two sets of keys and it may be at the house somewhere. I bought the car “as is”, but these items were to be fixed as soon as possible during and right after I purchased the vehicle. They added most of these deficiencies on to the Bill of Sale. They should pay for this diagnostic and labor that was performed by the dealership. The cost is $300.00. I paid for the front brakes service. They should pay for the front brakes service $280.61 I’m currently waiting on my refund for the rear actuator I purchased with my debit card from WRECKTEC that Smith Infiniti gave credit back to WRECKTEC.
