billing not so free

I joined plenty of fish and decided to upgrade, the site was horrible so I was checking to see when my time was up on this bottom feeding site. I then reviewed my credit card statement and they took another 2 months fee from my card without even telling or notifying me. I went back to my profile account and could not find any place to delete my card information I at no time would ever approve of an auto renew the site stinks.... I have tried several times to contact them all I get is a thanks for contacting us email and a link to the same crap that I used to contact them in the first place.
