power cooker 8quart. cooker pot finish coming off and food is sticking. hazard and then it wont wash off. please send me a new pot. first used it was wonderful but now it seems to burn everything that is left on keep warm.

I purchased a Power Pressure Cooker XL w/ 6 yr warranty (2014), problem now (2016). I called the company on March 28, 2016 and spoke with an agent about my machine being defective, she was helpful and courteous and so I expected the problem to be solved. She was to send me a Return Label etc...to my e-mail. Simple right? Nooooo! Today (April 10, 2016) my husband reminded me that we still hadn't received any e-mail from PPC. So I called the company again and s/w a Ricky who stated he needed to know my problem when I asked to s/w a supervisor. I explained my problem to Ricky and after making up several excuses for the company he works for, he stated he would send me an Return Label, I thanked him but also stated that I still wanted to speak to a supervisor. Ricky said he would transfer me to which the phone went on hold then he hung up on me. I called back and s/w a Carmen who again asked what I needed, I explained that I needed to s/w a supervisor and what were their names. Carmen stated that they were Ralph or Leslie but the minute she asked why and I mention that it was regarding Ricky's approach at phone etiquette, Carmen stated she would transfer me then hung up on me. I've tried two more times to call back and I get the phone run around then it hangs up. Now I'm not sure if sending the product back is going to be helpful or not. Please help me with getting in touch with a REAL supervisor from the Power Pressure Cooker XL Company.

I FINALLY UN PACKED IT AND I HAVE USED IT 3 TIMES AND THE POT IS A JOKE
THE FINISH IS COMING OFF AND EVERTHING STICKS.
I WAS HOPING TO FIX MEALS FOR MY LITTLE GIRL (I ADOPTED HER WHEN SHE WAS JUST 3 DAYS OLD) AND MYSELF SO WE COULD EAT BETTER
AS I WORK AND SHE IS IN SCHOOL (13) AND WE GET HOME LATE.

I ordered over a year ago bought two of the power pressure cookers.i also ordered two accessory packs,I called the customer service assured me they would be sent out,I still haven't received the accessory pack they are out and dont know when they'll get more.

I placed an order for the power pressure cooker. First they cancelled my order and now I cannot find any record of it being sent or any information from the customer service. I spoke with a representative and they stated 3-6 weeks. There is no record of it even being processed.
