I went to Prada @ KLCC today, when i was discussing a bag with my friend, a voiced behind me "mahu cari apa?" (what are you looking). A staff who called Fiza stood behind me and asked. Wondering what was the training provided to the staff. Quality of their staff and services has dropped as same as Giant supermarket. The way she asked is kind of rude and uncomfortable.

I bought a Prada Man Bag for one month.
The leather on the handle pilled off even though I only use it for several times.
I have been using bags by LV, Gucci and even Braun Buffel but no such quality issue happen.

I expect a free replacement at least for the handle such low quality bag!!
