We all should contact Paypal withing 45 days of transaction so we can make a complaint against this people and a dispute will be open so we can get a full refund. Because that's why we buy thru paypal for their security. Will see what happens.

Yes all this last comments are true. they are way behind. They run like 10 different websites and gets thousands of orders every day. This was my 4th time order from this company that I place Feb 25 and as of today March 31st the only answer I get from them frew days ago was:
Dear,
We are sorry for keeping you waiting so long.
We have thousands of dresses to be processed everyday and our team work more than 18 hour everyday, we could not eat well and sleep well...
Could you please wait patiently for a few days?
We will contcact you when we sendout the dress.

This company is also going under other names: quinceaneradresses100.com and quinceaneradress4u.com. The same thing just happened to me. I ordered an orange dress and received a pink one. This company is attempting to copy the designer gowns and are selling them as that. They apologized for sending me the wrong color and told me that maybe my daughter can where it next time (umm, she is only 15 once). As for the quality they told me that I should understand that there will be flaws, becuase this is their busy sean and have a lot of orders to process (exact words). I had to go to a boutique a few weeks ago and buy her another $700 dress (which she goes to get fitted for it today). I am working with paypal on this.

I received a dress in the mail from Pretty Quinceanera two days ago, and it was not the dress that I had ordered from the website. See the pictures below do they look like the same dresses? No Way!
The dress was a different color the embroidery and sequin placement were not the same, and the seams did not match up correctly on the sides of the dress. My advice to anyone considering ordering from this company is STOP DON'T DO IT!
I emailed them in a request for a refund and this is the response I received from them:

We have already checked it very carefully.
Our dress is not the original one, so there must be a difference between our dress and the original one.

By the way, from the picture you sent to us, we found the dress is quite delicate.
Why not just wear the dress?

Wow! What kind of response is that? What do you expect? I expect a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label. You did not send the product listed on the website that is what was ordered not something else. The same dress as shown in the picture.
My daughter and I are off to the boutiques to find a dress for her special occassion. In the meantime I am sending in a dispute with PAYPAL. What a waste of time and money! Not the same dress that's for sure!

Are these people always late at getting you dress back? I ordered in FEB 20 and I still have not received my dress the party is APR 14 I am getting so worried I didn't even see the reviews b/4 I ordered I would have went with another company! If i ever receive the dress I will for sure post and tell you the outcome!

I just bought a dress from them for my junior prom. I ordered it 4 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it and I am so disappointed. my prom is March 30, this Friday. I feel like a complete idiot for not looking into the sight first.

I am sick to my stomach after reading about these people. I ordered a dress that my daughter fell in love with for her prom. I ordered it on Feb 25th and paid the 30.00 to have it within 15 days. It has been 20 days and still no dress, her prom is a week from today. I have emailed them on several occasions and all I get for an answer is Dont worry your dress is almost finished and will arrive in time. What if it does and it doesnt fit or is horrible. The email I received yesterday said it would be shipped by March 31st but her prom is March 30th. I broke the news to my daughter last night about the company and she is heart broken and cried for hours. Now I have no choice but to go out this weekend and try to find her a dress that will fit and possibly be altered in time which will never happen. She is a very petite girl but is large chested so nothing on the rack ever fits her. I spent 250.00 on this dress and from what I read will never get my money back does anyone have any idea how do proceed with them?

JUST RECEIVED 2 DRESSES FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. THE ONLY THING RIGHT ABOUT THEM WAS THE COLOR. I ORDERED A SIZE 2 AND SIZE 8 PAGEANT DRESS AND THEY BOTH CAME IN THE SAME LENGTH.
