on the 25 May 2014, to date have not received any payments, that is 3 months now. When I went back on. 7 july 2014 with birth certificate I was told it not approved yet. They recaptured my application and I was told to return the following week,but when I went there,there was no change, when I inquired they informed me that there was documents outstanding (U19) from my employer ,I couldn't understand how come U19 was missing because my employer did submit it. When I enquired again they told me my documents can't be captured because a salary schedulle is oustanding, then my employer faxed it to them,and I was told to phone them to find out status of my appication

I have phone to many times for the past 2 weeks almost 3 weeks of august 2014, when I do actually get through I am told that evrything has been captured but the application has not been approved for payment as yet.

can someone actually get back to me please, my bills and expenses are in errors already,and I have a new baby to fEed as well. Regards. Annikie 0834660858
