I signed up at work out world in Waltham, MA. Like one of the previous complaints. I was evaluated and had my fat % analyzed. Was also given a pretty good workout and signed up for (2xweek = 8 per month) personal training since June, 2012. The plan that they stated you had to choose was a 12 month plan and they required 1st, last month and a processing fee. For the month of June, July and August I've had a total of 4 sessions out of 24 due to me that's already been paid for. I've had three trainers that I had a session with that was new to the club. The first trainer called and left me a message that she was no longer with the gym after 2 sessions with her. The second trainer I had one session with her then she notified me that the only time she had available was Monday evening & Wednesday morning of the following week, so I took the appts. On Monday I was not going to be able to make the appt so I had to call that day to reschedule when I was told that I would loose that session because it was less than 24 hrs. Never mind the very next day on Tuesday evening the trainer called me less than 24 hrs to cancelled the Wednesday morning appt time and changing it to Thursday morning. I showed up on Thursday for my 9am session and the trainer was a no show & showed up later after my session. I ask for another trainer because I did not want to loose the session so they had someone else worked with me that day. I approached the trainer that I originally had the appt with and she acted like she never had an appt with me even though she had confirmed the day and time with me on my voicemail and via text. I've called the person in charge & leave her multiple messages that I want to change my gym location and trainer but have not heard back at all in reference from my last couple of messages. My next payment is due to be withdrawn from my account but no call back as yet.

I too have been screwed by BF Central LLC. I signed up at work out world in Fall River, MA. My first day I was evaluated and had my fat percentage analyzed. Was given a pretty good work out and was told I would meet with a the trainer once a week and have work out plans written down and be evaluated regularly. Two weeks went by before they gave me a # for a trainer. Never met with the trainer. I complained and then was told that that trainer had quit and they would find me another trainer. Two or three more weeks went by and I wrote the company a letter stating what had happened and would like my money back. The gym called and apologized and had excuses and want to meet with a new trainer. I no longer want to go there. I just ant my money back, seeing that I payed cash. I am going to get my lawyer to work on this.
