Publix rain check policy

Apparently, publix has differentiated raincheck policy to Not include in-store sales. While this may be a money saver for publix, it is also evidenciary of their seemingly indefatigable ability to NOT STOCK items on sale. The store on Rosemary place is always out of stock on on-sale items, which can only mean unrealistic logistical support. If something is on sale, you should order MORE of it, and then make an effort to keep said items stocked.Mgmnt at this store don't get that or don't care about customer care

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Each month, I purchase a money order from my local publix store, on Glades Road, In Boca Raton, Florida, for my rent payment. I like the fact that I can purchase with my debit card rather than having to carry cash. Last night I went to the store, like every month and the lady behind the desk asked if my card had a chip or a strip. I said my card is the older kind with a strip, the lady informed me she was told she can only accept debit cards with a strip ??? I told her that I have been using the same card for ever and if this were a new policy. She told me no, this is what I have been told for a long time. I asked for a manager, since I have done this time and time again, and the night manager named Matt, told me that it policy for security to have me show my ID and as long as I used the PIN it should be fine. I explained that the card is in the name of my wife, who just got out of the hospital, but I had the pin and my ID with the same last name. Matt told me that even though my wife was ill, he needed to have her come, in, show ID , then we could purchase the money order. Since that was policy, I had no real issue, I went home, got my wife out of her sick bed, dragged a wheel chair and returned with her to Publix to get the money order. When I returned to the courtesy desk, the same young lady was there and she said regardless if you brought your wife or not, I do not feel comfortable completing a sale with a card that does hot have a chip. I instantly asked her to call the manager Matt, who just moments earlier told me to return with my wife, he checked her ID and said everything looks fine, nd motioned to the clerk to sell us the money order and run it, I was shocked when she said no, I will not, I was trained not to accept, debit cards without a chip. Matt, the "supposed Manager" turned to me and said, I am sorry , she says no. I thought that he was joking, he said that if the clerk feels so strongly about this, I dont think it right to force her, please come back tomorrow, maybe the day people can help you ??? After telling me to bring my disabled wife into the store and then backing down to a clerk was beyond my imagination. I asked him why he changed what he told me moments earlier and he then said " Publix did not give him much training as a manager, and maybe the clerk was trying to teach him proper policy, and there was no more that he can do" I have no words except for that I Will NEVER EVER shop there again. As an aside, the next day, I went to the US POST office who gladly accepted the debit card in question for a money order, so I Guess Publix has standards above the US Postal Service......

Online Shopping

The site is hard to navigate and It's next to impossible to find prices. I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes figuring out which beef is more economical.

Publix greed

Does ‘Publix’ not care about their customers or employees anymore? It seems to me that those are the two major money makers for the greedy corporate. Why do you ‘cut hours’? Customers become unhappy, in turn, employees become unhappy, then you lose a lot more money!! You open new stores every week. Does taking one or two hundred dollars away from your employee’s livelihood make that much of a difference? ‘Publix’ is clearly profiting majorly. The employees and customers don’t matter anymore. Greed has taken over! ‘Publix’ used to be where shopping and working was a pleasure. Now, it sucks. It’s disgusting. People are savages. They don’t care. It is very, very sad. I hope someone can stop the greed! PLEASE stop the greed!!

Support of NRA

Hi - I shop at Publix twice a week for my family and twice a month for the company I work for. I was informed today by the Sunday news stations that Publix supports Adam Putnam who brags about being paid a substantial amount of money from the NRA. I've moved on to Wiinn Dixie.

You figure it out...

Publix in Pensacola Area

I moved to Pensacola Area from TN. Wow, what a difference! Customer service, what a joke. Employees are miserable, it shows. My best guess in logical thinking? Poor upper management, and the shit rolls downhill. I think the founder, Mr. Jenkins, is rolling in his grave.

Managers

I have worked at publix for many years as a part time employee. I would like to go full time and I have asked on many occasions. I was told that there are no full time positions available. I don't feel like the years that I have dedicated at Publix really matter to anyone there. I have come in at all hours and took shifts on my days off. I really feel like I am being forced to look for another job. I have been ridiculed by my department manager in front of customers. It's really sad. I just feel like crying most of the time. I have a 401k and a publix credit union savings account. I had stop the 401k and put only $5 a week into my credit union. I only get hours now for like one day and that is not enough to cover that. I feel so disappointed by publix.

Publix in VA

Publix has moved into the Virginia market in 2017, in the Richmond metro area. I have found this chain to be be nothing like it used to be form past experience in SC. Publix claims to be all about customer service - and they used to be great in my experience - but I find it to be the complete opposite now. My experience with Publix since they opened a store near my workplace in July 2017: First online order for a sub at the deli was terrific, waiting for me at the promised time. Second online order the following week for another sandwich was not ready when I arrived, which was 10 minutes after the requested pickup time. Deli employees ignored me, then when one asked what I needed as I stood at the online order pickup area, she just said, "Oh," and did not check to see where my order was. After 15 minutes of waiting and no sandwich prepped, I went to the customer service desk and while waiting for help I finally saw in the distance the deli manager walking around checking the displays in the deli area, with a wrapped sandwich in his hand. I approached him and asked if it was mine. He handed it to me, and I really can't complain as it was provided for free as it was 20 minutes past my pickup time, but the wait was ridiculous, especially on my lunch break. Third online order a few weeks later was for 1/2 lb. ham, which was not ready when I got to the store 5 minutes after my pickup time. The deli manager's excuse was that I had ordered store brand ham which they did not have in my selection, and he needed to ask me if I wanted Boar's Head. The truth of the matter was that I HAD ordered Boar's Head, as I verified on my emailed receipt of the online order. So instead of having it ready for me, I had to wait for him to slice it. Why order ahead if I still have to wait for my item? The fourth issue happened yesterday when I once again ordered another 1/2 lb. of the same ham. I got to the store 5 minutes after the pickup time, only to find it not ready. The deli manager started to get the ham out of the case to slice it, and I told him not to bother, that Kroger now has won my business. One more issue: Publix is all about getting an item for you that they do not normally stock. I made a request for an item that they told me they could easily get in a short amount of time. It has now been four weeks since I ordered it, and when I checked on it after two weeks I was told that it would be at least four to five weeks to get it. It must be coming on a slow boat from China. I am truly sad to say that I am now sorry that Publix came into the Virginia market, after I had greatly anticipated the arrival. I am through with this chain and will never go into another one of their stores. George Jenkins must be rolling over in his grave. Publix needs to leave Richmond, get out of the way and let the other grocery players who do a much better job have this market.

Kevin Colmey

Today I was shopping at my usual Publix in Navarre and happened to notice 3 people who walked in without shoes. I was concerned regarding this and approached Kevin Colmey who happens to be the Customer Service Manager (trust me, far from it). I informed him about the situation and asked him to address it. I turned back only to watch him go out front towards the carts and blew me off like it was nothing. I followed the individuals to see if he would say something and he never approached me. Later in a conversation he stated he said something to them which is a direct lie, as I watched them the whole time. He was on the opposite end of the store when they checked out.

I asked a cashier what his name was and she and the bag person were very eager to give me his name and the store manager stating he is "Terrible" and they can't stand him. I also addressed another trusted employee and asked him to rate him from 1-10. His measurement was .75 if that. I approached him later and told him that he was very arrogant and asked him his age. He stated 33. I stated he was acting like a 23 year-old and it was now not so much the issue of the people in bare feet as his total arrogance towards customers and his smug smile as he spoke to me. I stated to him that I spend 4K a year at that store and will take my business to Winn Dixie after 3 years and he said "That is fine, you can make that choice and do what you want". Never did he apologize for feel he was in the wrong. Only after I stated to him about his arrogance and he never once apologized, did he finally in front of his manager Eydna. Apparently she supports him and thinks he is outstanding. Yes , I swore a couple of times only because of the sheer oddasity and arrogance if this young man. When I told him I would go to Chris and Jackie, he said "fine, I have an understanding with them and fee free to do what I want".

I am a Regional Director for a hotel company who pride themselves on customer service. I have served and a Senior Area Manager for Holiday Inn for 15 years overseeing 50 hotels with a focus on customer service. After stating that to Kevin and Eydna and saying I wouldn't hire him if he was the last manager on earth, Kevin's comment was "well that is too bad you don't have to hire me". I was stunned!!!!

When I told him that 4 of his fellow employees stated that it is long overdue he gets fired and we can't seem to get rid of him, he said, "Well, they haven't told me that and here is one that loves me (Eydna). The entire time he had this smug smile on his face that was just infuriating to say the least.

I buy $23.00 per pound filets, Crab legs by the dozens. I shop there regularly and maybe my money doesn't matter since Publix is such a larger company with the building of a new store in Gulf Breeze. I most likely may still shop there because of the other employees, however I can tell you that the attitude of Keven Colmey and how the other employees feel should be fully investigated. The fact he is in customer service is baffling at best and the worst is that you would let a long time customer state these facts and allow it to continue.

Kevin kept stating it is a beach store and we don't throw people out for not wearing shoes. That may be, but it is bad business for other customers to see that in a store that prides itself on cleanliness. He never stated that on the initial complaint, which would have resolved the issue. I find that difficult to believe with health department issues the way they are.

There is no doubt that even at this point Kevin thinks how he acted was right. What he doesn't realize is that we are the customer and although he might have been right on policy, he was DEAD WRONG on how he handled the matter. I am simply appaulde as his behavior goes across every grain of my being when it comes to customer service. And he is your manager? I have found better customer service at a Dollar Tree by an 8.00 employee

Cake expried

Was sold a cake from the Bakery on October19th 2017 for my nieces birthday After we ate some and was wondering why it wasn't quite right we notice the sell date said October 13th 2017 they said they will give me my money back.. my beef is that it passed through three different hands while I was purchasing it and no one noticed the date or what about the employees that are supposed to pull stuff off the shelf that is out of date why wasn't this done?

Arrogant and Pushy

Within the state of Florida, Publix has a full monopoly on grocery stores, so of course the recent survey will show Publix as Florida's No. 1 pick as a grocery store, realistically there aren't any others to pick from. After 20 plus years, seeing other grocery stores open and then close within a couple of years, it's not rocket science that something very fishy is going on with regard to Publix being allowed to keep their monopoly (if you know what I mean.)

And because the people of Florida have no where else really to shop for groceries (occasional Winn Dixie and an occasional Market Basket) they flock to Publix to purchase their products with expiration dates that have long expired, still on their shelves, anywhere from cold cuts to cottage cheese to any number of items - bread typically. They have such a pathetic attitude about expiration dates and of course they don't have to be nice - they know you're not going to shop anywhere else anyway - you have no choice. So when I see people from other states, wishing that Publix will come to their state, it's sickens me.

For me personally, the negative stories are just too many to tell. One most recent, was while I was shopping with my cart with open toed sandals, and an employee with shopping cart was hot on my tail from behind, then as I came around the aisle another employee was coming at me from the front as though they did not even see that I was there and in my quest to try to jump out of the way, forgetting that there were wheels from the cart that needed to move sideways with me - my baby toe was clipped in the process and it was badly broken - swelling began almost immediately as did the pain. Yes, it was my fault for not just standing my ground when one employee was coming at me from the front and another was almost on my bare heels from behind with their cart - but now, I just wear tennis shoes when I shop there. On another occasion, an elderly friend of mine was completely denied entry to a store for allegedly threatening to kill the pharmacist to which he completely denies. Frankly, he's smart enough to know better than to do such a stupid thing considering he's a retired lawyer. When we phoned the corporate office to get this matter resolved, they advised us that they can deny anyone, anytime, for whatever reason, entry to their store - which in this particular case, they denied this customer, because he was constantly complaining (bringing expired date items to the store clerk for removal off shelves) about the expired goods on the shelves. On other occasions, we found that their beloved fried chicken, they were cooking up fresh, then holding the fresh back for their employees to take home, while they tore off the "sell by sticker" on the old fried chicken and simply replaced the sticker with a newer time, when it should have sold by 1:00 p.m. it now reads, 8:00 p.m. One gets the chicken home - it's not fit to eat - but this is a trick that some of these employees play - they would prefer to hold back the fresh chicken and take home for themselves with false claims that it did not sell. No - not every Publix does this, but quite a few do as we have challenged them, stating how bad and dry the chicken was - seeing that they had fresh in a large heated storage compartment - our guy went there to get us fresh chicken - but if not for him, it appears as though there is none, none at all - but they had at least 6 packages of mixed fried chicken in there, hiding from the public. So be careful to those of you who wish Publix will come to your state - frankly, I would drive (is possible) to any other grocery store to get away from Publix.

"Premiere customer service" is not forcing it on them

I worked as a bagger at Publix, thinking it would be a good, fairly simple job to have to have while going to school. I understood that carry-out service is their speciality and had no problem taking people's groceries out, but I had no idea how far they took "premiere customer service." It seems like it was more about image than actually providing service to the customer's and making them happy. They just wanted us to take as many customers out as possible so it would look good on camera (we were always being recorded as their were of course cameras at every register) or would look good when the district manager came to visit. The first rule to providing carry-out service was to take the customer's cart and pull it around the end of the register right behind us. Even if their purse or their small child was in the cart...we were told not to let that "scare" us into not taking the cart from them. This made me uncomfortable, especially after a woman got mad when I started pulling the cart around and her purse was in it, so I just started asking them if it was ok if I took it. But then, we were supposed to not even ask if they wanted help out. We were supposed to just grab the cart and start towards the door (again, even if kid was in the cart...common sense told me not to just walk off with someone's child, but the managers thought otherwise) and if the customer said they didn't want help we had to try one more time so that we would have at least made two attempts to take their groceries out. But sometimes, I just couldn't get my hands on the cart in time to perform this little ritual perfectly. There were some customers who refused help early on when I'd ask them if I could pull the cart around, because they either knew I was going to pressure them to let me take their groceries out later and didn't want to hand their cart over to me in the first place, or their kids were in the cart, and they understandably wanted to keep them close. Or sometimes if they had a huge amount of groceries and I was still finishing bagging after they finished paying, they would just walk over to where I had pulled the cart and get their hands on it before I could. So what was I supposed to do, wrestle the cart away from them? I explained these particular situations to the managers one time after they had been watching me on camera and gave me a verbal warning after they noticed a couple times that I did not physically have my hands on the cart (but i still did what I could and verbally offered to take their groceries out) but they had no reasonable solutions. A couple months later, I was written up for the same thing. And again, tried to explain the situation (I had literally just clocked in and jumped on a register that previously hadn't had anyone bagging, so it had gotten backed up and I was still trying to finish when the customer was done paying, so of course she came over and got her hands on the cart before I could) but nope, they still had no reasonable solution as to how I was still supposed to do the procedure in that situation. Yet I was still written up. It was ridiculous and was the main thing that led me to quit. Again, I thought it would just be a simple job to do while I went to school, not a job that I'd have to he stressed out about on top of school. Also, I know they hire some people with autism and other special needs to be baggers. But this job can be a living nightmare for an autistic person or someone who is just socially awkward or introverted. That type of person typically has a lot of trouble being pushy or forceful with people and that's pretty much what Publix expects their baggers to do. If you are shy, introverted, or have any kind of social difficulties, I do not recommend working at Publix, at least not in the customer service department and definitely not as a bagger.

Horrible Management Corp and Store Levels

Back in 2000 to 2003 I worked at Publix store #419 in Ocala, FL. Started as a bagger then promoted to part-time stock clerk. I’m originally from Southern California. The three years working there made me realize I was working for the biggest group of uneducated idiots. The store manager and assistant store managers at the time had their good old boy network setup internally. Everyone praised them. I knew HR laws as my dad was a CEO of a company, so… The hierarchy of power was in the store manager’s hands. I was working frozen foods one day during the summer of 2003. The frozen food clerk recently walked out and I was filling in. I did all the frozen food ordering and stocking at this point. The store manager didn’t look at the ice-cream order manifest as I was “at the time” using a methodology called LIFO and trying to stay lean by having minimal frozen backstock. The store manager at the time went behind me and ordered an entire pallet of ice cream because “it was going to sell”. Well, that was a joke. It didn’t sell. I ended up getting in a verbal argument with him explaining that he should of checked the order manifest before ordering more ice-cream. Just to note we didn’t have room in the freezer at the time for the extra ice cream. Long story short. I pretty much told him he was an uneducated idiot. Walked to the back, laughed at the melting ice-cream and told him to get his apron on and figure out something to do with all of it as I walked out.

Now, I graduated from a prestigious university with a double major in management and marketing. I’ve worked for some of the top management strategy consulting firms in the world. Lived in NYC and Boston. I’ve worked with some amazing corporations. Now, I run sales engineering for a mid-tier global customer engagement consulting firm. I would love to chat with him and all the publix managers one day. Give them a few pointers on how to treat employees and a crash course on hiring the right people.

We all know they hire the wrong people. That’s given. Shape up Publix. You’re a joke with your uneducated idiot management.

Looking forward to it Carmichael.

Bakery

I pre ordered a cake for my anniversary and the lady working at the bakery was very rude. I went in early to see if the cake was perhaps ready even though my pick up time wasn't til 6 but the cake was not baked yet. She pretended she was confused at the fact that I ordered mascarpone cream with a chocolate cake with whipped cream. She gave me a dirty look too and then I offered to cancel the cake and just buy something while I was there. I wanted a chocolate cake but I was so scared of her I just bought the Cassata Torte cake that she offered me. It wasn't very good. I was disappointed because it was a vanilla cake not chocolate and no mascarpone cream. It was filled with pudding.. Oh well! I was just glad to get out of there!

Definitely can be a horrifying work experiencr

I cannot give too many details about where I am because my DM and all the managers below him will retaliate against me. They have before. That's what they do and people fear speaking out.

We have a human resource representative who takes a year and a half to call you back but they have an open door policy??

They allow mentally unstable people in positions of management. The type of people who cannot tell timr or even read for that matter. The type of people who will have 3 people do the same thing everyday for two weeks then complain that nothing else is getting done when all the time was wasted rehandling the same items over and over again.

They allow sexual harassment as long as it's a buddy of higher ups.

Management and team leads will straight up lie about you including making accusations that could potentially get you arrested and when you bring your proof in management doesn't want to see it. I call them the Publix Mafia.

Sexist, racist, agist, and everything else is promoted.

They allow management to use our schedule as a form of punishment. Funny though, the more thorough of a job you do, the more you're crapped on. They allow their favorites to do whatever and trash the store and then get mad at the people who have to clean it up because they're taking too long to get their job done.

They hold our breaks hostage. We're being threatened to no longer be allowed 10 minute breaks anymore because we can't do 3 days worth of work in 1 day. I don't care what your idiot AI machine says, common sense should trump everything. Don't forget the constant blocking (leveling up product) that takes time away. If they don't like you or you have made them made they will make you block the entire store by yourself while allowing the boneheads to screw up your aisle so you can waste more time.

We are held accountable for our aisles. Let me rephrase that, some of us are held accountable for our aisles but they wont hold the ones who can't rotate or put things in the correct place accountable and come to me asking why something is the way it is.

In the end what do we get? Straight up lies on our reviews. I had a review that even said my clothes were wrong when they were correct and had been for over 5 years! I was blamed for things that had nothing to do with me. After that review I lost the last bit of hope I had for that dump. A jealous raging woman. I normally don't mind women and wouldn't discriminate but she was your stereotypical psycho, jealous female in management who took revenge on girls similar to the ones who were prettier than her in high school. The other manager is a nut job with no concept of reality who is so afraid of a manager yelling at her that she allows us to be treated poorly.

My current manager's cheese has flew off her cracker. She will argue with you that the grass is blue she has lost it so severely. They need to send her for inpatient services but they keep letting her crack more and more.

I have so many other examples but most will identify me. My lawyer doesn't like me speaking at this time but if it saves someone from working for this shitty company I will keep speaking.

#publix #publixsucks #publixsux #publixmafia #publixisracist #publixissexist

FYI they have a team that does nothing but keyword search the web for complaints. They then threaten people if they can get in contact with them. I have emails of threats that people have recieved. Why would you threaten to illegally obtain someone's IP address just for them complaining as a customer? God knows what they do to employees!

Customer service

Hallmark had a greeting card sale - "Buy one, get the second of equal or lesser value for free" So to take advantage of the deal I take 20 minutes picking out two cards that are the same pricw sontjwees no confusion, thinking buy one for 3. 99 get the second one that also cost $3.99 for free. In addition I bought a sympathy card that costs $0.99. When I get to the register both the cashier and bagger argue with me that the cheapest the 99-cent one will be free. To solve their issue I had them take off the $0.99 one so that I didn't buy it and when that happened, wow, amazing the $3.99 one was free! So why not do it for me in the first place it made no sense. their prices are sky-high and yes they do have quality products but forget trying to get a deal.

Summerport Publix

I have been at Publix for about more than 30 days and already I am verbally abused. When I ask my manager for extra hours, this black kid (who is younger than me but thinks he is entitled to much even though he has been there for a few fucking years and is INCREDIBLY LAZY) laughs and scoffs at me and says "What the fuck do you have to pay for you walking heart attack?, you're lazy" I was on my break when this happend. He was sitting next to this hispanic guy from the deli and of course they laugh. Keep in mind, they are one of those street kids who cannot even spell nor form a coherent sentence. Not only that, my managers always point the fucking blame at me for "not lassoing carts around" out of ever other bagger, they point the fucking blame on me. Let me show you how common sense works: when you are going to carry out someone as a bagger you put your hand on their cart and pull it away from them so you can carry them out, you then ask them after. But not at Summerport Publix. At Summerport, they force you to say "I am ready to go outside" and they will GET ON YOUR FUCKING CASE if you don't carry someone out. But out of all the baggers there, they point their fucking blame on me. The cashiers are rude as hell as they are poorly coordinated. I was once bagging an EXTREMELY huge order, and this young Columbian cashier THROWS, yes throws, the pineapples, which are sliced in a plastic container, down the ramp. Which then proceed to spill all over the place. Now due to Publix's rules when a spill occurs, the one who CREATED the mess needs to stand near said spill. But no, she ran away like a 5 year old cunt. Same cashier, same issue only on Thanksgiving except it was with a fresh cut turkey and there was blood everywhere. Turkey blood. And that is not the worst of it! One of our baggers, red haired, ginger kid looking is a sexist racist pig! Every time an African American passes by his line, he insults them with street lingo and says the "n" word. And every time a rather young female walks in his line, he makes one of those cat noises. It is unbelievably cringy and embarrassing.

Folks, let this be a warning to you, NEVER VISIT SUMMERPORT, FLORIDA PUBLIX. Go to a WalMart or Super Target. Fuck the "Customer Service" bullshit they feed you to turn you into sheeple. Do not work at this Publix or even attempt to shop there!

Terrible Website

I am sick and tired of Publix's website! You have to enter your area to check for deli platters. This is done to list what is available at select stores. The problem is that no matter what you type in, you get "Whoops! Sorry, we are restocking our shelves!" I can't stand it, and go order elsewhere. They have lost out on my business. I know they are a big company and normally, I love them, but not their website!

Harassment In the Workplace

I picked Publix to work because I thought they treated their people better than other companies, but I have discovered that is not the case. Recently,1 day before Thanksgiving(11/23/16) a coworker and I have constantly been called into the office by management because we were talking to each other. The story is that we were "neglecting" customers while socializing which is certainly not true. Customers were taken care of however, I went right back to working and over the next few days, went out of my way to IGNORE my coworkers(I should not have to do that. I work with these people. How do I not speak to them)?. The same coworker I got in trouble for speaking to came up to ME and started talking, but I completely ignored him. I looked straight head and kept bagging, but the customer service manager came over, sent him away, then came up behind me threatening, "last warning" in FRONT of the customers. All this talk about how I supposedly "neglect" the customer, and she is threatening me in front of customers. How is this professional? Now fast forward to yesterday(12/1/16),and I am bringing in cart as well as the assistant customer service manager, and I happened to bring in 2 carts AFTER bringing in 4 just before that. I was about to walk out and get some more when she said,"there is about 5 million carts out there, and you are only bringing in 2." ok,so you could not get me about talking to coworkers,so now you are going to jump my case for how many carts I bring in? This was obviously still not enough as later on, I was pulled back into the office and written up for "not improving" on attending to customers. Getting "too distracted" because a few days ago, a coworker who was bagging next to me asked me how I was feeling, and as I am not in the habit of being rude, I answered his questions. The story I was told that a customer complained about me "finding it more important to talk to said coworker than to attend to them." How does a customer just happen to complain about the exact same thing I am getting coached for? This sounds oddly suspicious. In just 1 week, it went from 0 to write up! Threats and harassment by these same 2 managers for an entire week! This is how you lose good workers. This same store has already lost a good manager because they treated him rotten as well. I thought Publix was about taking care of their associates as well as customers? These 2 managers are making me feel the exact opposite. I am having to ignore my coworkers, and keep a look out for where they are at all times just to make sure none of them are near me to keep from losing my job. How is this right? It is too stressful and INSANE to have to do this. They are creating a hostile work environment. Is this the image Publix wants to paint for their people?
