baggage opened

Hi my name is raymond troth my flight was pr212 from sydney to manilla . On 27th march 2015 .. i rang your office in manilla asked me to send this to you this way .. i spoke to yina .. .my bag was opened in the pick up.of my luggage . I guess the zipper broke .. but had a strap supplied by phillipines airlines on it .. i spoke to the purser officer told me should be ok .. so i went to the waiting room with my bag for domestic flt to cagayandeoro.. long wait but ok.sam bought tape to seal the bag .. that was ok fully roped the bag went on the flight .. cdo .. on arrival my destination missing was iphone 3 1 shampoo bottle and some small jewelry .. i am sure matbe zipper just broke .. accidents occur .. please advise me what i should do please my email is [email protected]
