I'm constantly harassed by ADCB staff on the phone. I get at least 4-7 calls a week - morning and at night and on weekends. They phone and they try to sell their rubish service to me. They don't take no for an answer. Is there any place where I can complain about them? I have asked several times that i want my name to be removed from their system but i can't. Can i lodge a formal complain at the police station?

I agree 100% - ADCB is the worst I have experienced in UAE. My salary account initially was in ABN AMRO, then it became RBS and then taken over by ADCB. I had personal loan from ABN, I topped up it twice whit it was RBS and never had a problem about repayment. Now since it has taken over by ADCB, they are acting very rude unnecessary blocking my funds just the salary being transferred one day late (due to banks delay). And yes, when I call the response is very bad..the collection staff, rightly said is very rude and doesn't know how to talk. I have never defaulted any of my installments, but ADCB staff is talking as if I have committed some crime.
