unauthorized transaction

To whom it may concern,



This Emily Oronan,I just want to complaint for what happen on my money(13th month pay),it was taken out suddenly without knowing who withdrawn it.On 12/12/2014 when our Payroll sent us an email that our 13th month is aready available,I went first to Bank of Commerce located at Mabalacat Water district when I checked my ATM card still 0.00 bal,so my co-worker already confirmed that all their bonuses are already available,so I went to BDO located at SM CLARK and I was also surprised that my bonus still not available.On the next day,I asked our Payroll acct to asked what happened on my bonus if they hold or still on pending,and they confirmed that its not on hold and they put the money on the said date.On the other day,i went to RCBC Clark where my payroll accout is under,to check if there is any transaction that was made,what we found out is on the day the day that our 13th month pay was released which is on Dec.12,2014.Ive requested to have a copy of the transaction that was made on my account,first,she told me that I need to pay 1,000 to have that information and in addition I need to get a lawyer aswell!i wondered why and to be honest I was really surprised when they told me that I have to pay and do that way first!wherein its my right to know whatever transaction that was made on my account.The lady who assisted me then gave me the information but still she asked me to pay,if im not mistaken its for 11.00 so I was fine with that just to get that information,,so whjen I get the result i was really surprised that there is two transaction that was made same day first for 10,000 and another 900.00,Ive asked then what bank and where location was the transaction made,I requested that information to the manager who is available on that time,she asked me so may question if someone knows my acct my pin etc..if I have an access one online which is been deactivated for so long!!!,if I have a family member knows my acct,,and many question that really hurt my feeling wherein I was just asking that small information!!infact I can also say that there might be an insibe job ongoing outthere but she did not hear anything to me!i was so pissed off on how they handle me!they made a promised that they will call me or text me however its more than 1 week that I did not get any information!so what I did I went back to the said bank this February to asked an update!and they said that still on processed what!!???i just to my self!its way back on Dec that I still not get any information,so I asked the manager,so it’s a different manager now,she told me that the manager that I was pertaining to was transferred to the different location and it looks like that they did not handle my requested it was just threw it away,so the current manager on the said bank referred me to Sir val,sir val told me that he will give a callback after 3 days,3days after passed by still not getting any callback,I texted the name Chepie who is working on the bank,who provided her number on the day that I spoke to sir val,Sir val called me and told me that it was withdrawn on Banco De Oro Boulevard!i was really surprised that none of the bank that I checked to was on the result!sir val told me that he will verify the bank again I keep sending them text but I did not even received any responsed on their part!what’s going on!this is a FRAUD! !if there is no action that will be made on my 13th pay,I will submit another email to the media like IMBESTIGADOR for them to do investigation!ive heard a lot rumors that there is a lot case same as mine!I hope that by the end of this month this will be taking care of.i will leave my contact number I will really appreciate if I will received an update.0943-323-6563..Thank you so much
