I was called and asked if I wanted to do an automatic renewal. I answered NO, but was transferred to a supervisor who had to record me saying NO, Mind you, I have done this several times. The problem is that I was told I owed another 30 payments, but when I originally signed up, I doubled my payments to pay it off in half the time and was assured that I would not be charged anymore money. The supervisor then stated he could not make any changes to my account until I paid the money. So I say, have a good day. He said I could be charged, I informed him fine...he can't charge since I have closed that particular account several years ago. Call this number and the man on the other line asked me a series of questions and assured me he would put me on the do not contact list and that I would not be charged anything at all. He was able to get my information from my phone number. The number I called was 319-248-5532; it is an Iowa number. Hope this helps.
