Unnecessary deduction of main balance

It's been more than a month now that Reliance communications has been deducting money from my main balance.Every time I do a recharge my main balance is being unnecessary deducted and it becomes nil within a day if I have recharged for amounts like Rs 10 and Rs 20 .If I do a recharge of Rs 80 or Rs 100 it takes less than two days for my balance to become nil.I don't know why they are charging me.I have been recharging my balance on a daily basis of Rs.10 which is not even used and by the end of the day my balance becomes NIL again. Their customer service is of no help as no one is available to listen to my complaint.I have been a Reliance Customer for more than 3 years.My phone number is linked with various things and it will be a problem to deactivate it.I would prefer to change my service provider but I have recharged my internet connection for 6 months.So changing my service provider is also not a feasible option.I would like my balances to be compensated.Please do look into this matter.If any more details are required than I'm ready to share it.

I have already launched following complaints to reliance, but i hv not recd any positive response from reliance and they are unnecessarily demanding payment from my side and today they have aborted my outgoing calls. details is as under

1) Bill No :366534567651 dated 14 June 2017 : RS 688/- which was paid on 27/6/2017


2) Bill No ::PB36000002083 dated 14 July 2017 : RS 1578/- which was paid on 25/7/2017

IN THIS BILL, I HAVE TO COMMITTED BY YOUR TEAM THAT FOUR MONTH BILLS PLANS HAVE BEEN CHANGED AND I HAVE NOT NEED TO DEPOSIT ANY PAYMENT FOR NEXT 4 MONTH AS PER NEW PLAN AS I HV REQUESTED TO PORT MY CELL NO TO OTHER TELECON COMPANY

kindly note that i have already deposited Rs 1578/- as per new plan for 4 month billing scheme then why reliance issuing me invoices, thats why i have again sent request for port my cell no

Then Mr Shunty from your company have confirmed me on 30/08/2017 that due to some mistake from reliance , my plan is not activated and i have to deposit short payment of Rs 205/- and my four month billing plan activated on 1/09/2017. hence i hv deposited the same on 30/08/2017

Now your company have demanding me another Rs 1578/- and saying that firstly deposit the payment .

Today reliance have stopped outgoing calls of my cell no and my biz is suffering so much.

As not a single dues is pending towards my side from reliance then why my outgoing calls aborted

Refund issue - service escalated on 19-06-2017

Sir,

It seems that Reliance Communications Limited become nerves and embarrassed when a customer demands his own money claiming as refund. I am getting this convinced as none of my e-mail are replied from the customer care e-mail ID : [email protected]. The Customer care Executives are again and again asking for making a refund request and give alternate contact number despite the fact I continue to provide alternate contact numbers and repeated requests.

When ask refund of my own money, the company behaves as if I am an employee of that company wherein the fact is that I was a Customer, a best customer who made payments well in time during the tenure of 4 years when I kept the broadband service despite they extended poor service when attending service complaints.

Whenever I demand my money back I continue to receive the reply that they have taken up with their concerned team. I have nothing to do their team.

I want my money back, Once again I provide below the request for refund:

My Reliance Broadband connection escalated on 19-06-2017. It was promised by you that as per your company policy refund the payment within 45-60 days from the date of escalation (i.e. from 19-06-2017)

45 days completed on 1-8-2017
60 days completed on 17-8-2017
Overdue days as on 30-08-2017 - 17 days

I am making requests to refund my payment right from 17th August, 2017.

I want my refund without any delay, written on 30-08-2017

Amount taken for new broadband connection and no connection/refund provided

I had booked a new Reliance broadband connection on 4 Jan 2016, and the sales Representative named Ajay(Mob no. 9066041304) had taken my documents and Rs. 2700 from me as 3 months advance rent plus installation fee.
I was assured that I will receive a call regarding installation within 2 days. I have never received any call from Reliance, in fact when I called the customer care, they had no information regarding my application.
I have been calling the sales person who collected the amount from me but he never answered the call.
I asked the customer care team to lodge a complaint and share the complaint ID, but they never did so. I had called customer care multiple times and was assured a call back in 24 hours on at least 2 occasions but never received a call back.
I wrote to the customer care,Nodal officer and appellate on this through e mail, and have been following up since 7Jan 2016, but got no satisfactory response till date. After continuously following up for more than a week, I was informed that there is no feasibility in my area. If there was no feasibility then why was the amount and documents taken from me and how was the application accepted. Reliance Communications has no answer to my questions. I asked for refund finally, but received no assurance for that either.
I feel like having been cheated by Reliance Communications, and regret my consideration to avail Reliance Broadband services.

Please check and provide some resolution, the last thing I ask for is the refund of the amount I have already paid.

Services Disconnected

I changed my Mobile Services from DOCOMO to Reliance Mobile on 14th July 2014 by submitting all necessary documents. A call from Reliance was received on 18th July 2014 confirming my identity and verification. After that the next day the services started.

On 3rd August 2014 I realized that my phone services were not working and on inquiring with the back office of Reliance I found that the documents were not received by them. So I mentioned that the Executive at the Reliance Gallery on checking my documents and found everything in order handed over the SIM CARD to me. The documents it seems have been handled Carelessly by their staff, and should be questioned first before troubling the customers. What action is taken against the Staff who seems to be Careless, negligent in handling important documents. The documents are also misused they say and hence I refuse to give my important documents again and again.

Look forward to your help in resolving the issue.

Sir,

My Reliance CDMA mobile no. is 9342528570. This is CDMA mobile.

My previous balance is Rs. 31/- in my mobile on 02-03-2012

Today 03.03.2012 recharged Rs. 50/- after deducting some charges it comes to Rs. 40/-

Total balance supposed to come Rs. 71/- ( i.e Rs.31/- + Rs.40/-)

I asked customer care, they sent message regarding balance, it is showing Rs. 46/- only.

I asked customer care, they told me that I called international call no is 9259790987 on 02.03.2012 at 11.30 P.M night.

I am not called any international call the said time. This number is not in my mobile dialled menu.

They wrongly deducted Rs. 25/- in my balance. They refused to reverse and get back the amount to me.

Please look into the matter and get back the amount to me.

Second complaint
Sir,

Reliance customer care called me from 02230388366 at 4.52 pm on 13.03.2012. Now they told "You have made several outgoing calls to others. Because only may be deducted Rs. 25/-. We are ready to give outgoing calls list"

I can't accept their reply sir. Before customer care told me that you have made international call, because only we have deducted Rs. 25/-.

You see sir. One shot they deducted Rs. 25/- from my prepaid amount Rs. 71/-. Now they are telling you have made several outgoing calls. They are giving now complete reverse statement for to escape from their mistake.

Please take action against him and credit the amount Rs. 25/- to my mobile.

Cheating by Reliance!

We purchased data card 09312104250 to be used for laptop for usage of internet from Reliance Communication. We subscribed the data card under Zero Rental plan for data card usage and voice calls rental Rs 149. But when we got the bill we find they charged rental about Rs 650. When we asked them about mistake with customer care who advised us to pay and from next month they will send correct bill because they entered wrong information in system. We paid the bill in good faith.

Then again next bill come with same charges. Nobody is ready to listen. Even we have to wait longer time to register our complaint When they listen all things, they say system is hanged or updated so call one or two hours later. We called so many times, but no use. They do not want to correct bill and now disconnected our card which is of no use.

We have written so many emails. They give me one fax no which never worked and I tried to send fax so many times to them.

9372892760 I transferred the money to the owner of this number.he is cheating me from the month of December .He even changed this number and using the another reliance number 9372405980 .so please help to trace his address and location that person immediately,
