Dear Sir,
Reliance telecom service provider in Odisha deducting amount from my balance towards VAS Charges on dtd.21.09.15, 30.09.15 & 01.10.15 of Rs.5/-, Rs.5/- & Rs.1/- respectively and same thing was happened with me during the month of June/July and August, 2015 two time but due to complaint in this forum the telecom company has credited my deducted amount of Rs.30/- & Rs.15/- respectively but same unfair business practice has been adopted again in end of Sept., 2015 as mentioned above.
Further it is very unfortunately compelling me to make complaint regarding their illegal deduction of amount from my balance towards receiving / incoming STD calls when I am staying in Odisha today.
Today's Complaint along with above Complaint: Today at about 12.56 p.m. my elder brother who is residing at Nasik having Mob. No.+919975271915 telephoned me and conversation between us was made for 05:19 minutes and surprisingly after end of said call the telecom service provider deducted an amount of Rs.3/- from my balance. Unfortunately just after passing of 35 minutes one of my friend residing at Bangalore having Mob. No.+919632265840 telephoned me and conversation between us was made for 00:22 seconds only and surprisingly after end of said call the telecom service provider deducted an amount of Rs.0.50/- from my balance, so it is very astonished when I was in Odisha the telecom service provide deducting the amount for receiving of incoming STD calls and in spite deactivation of VAS on my above complaints, the telecom company repeatedly deducting the amounts towards VAS charges which gives very painful,mental agony and harassment for using Reliance Telecom Service. It is therefore prayed your be pleased take such quick and legal action against the telecom service provider for adopting such type of unfair business practice and cheating of valuable public. Repeated illegal acts made by the Reliance Telecom Company shows that Ambani Brothers do not caring the Govt. orders and rules and they are trying to make all the people of our Country as their 'Gulam' which will be very shame to our forefathers who contributed their efforts for freedom of India.
Another each the company deducted at least Rs.3/- for call drops.
Please take my complaint very seriously and do a need action against the telecom company as an exemplary, then no other telecom service provider will do the same acts.
