He admitted to having rental properties of his own, and while he accused you of being money hungry I find it ironic that he himself advertises HIS rental homes. Which would by his definition, make him money hungry. Just keep doing your job, which is hard enough without having to deal with idiots like this.

Rogelio Sanchez should not be trusted and is the true definition of a insensitive scum bag. He prays on probate houses and even harasses people who are not looking to sell or buy their homes. Mr. Sanchez is rude and a liar nor does he answer questions directly instead gives you the run around. Mr. Sanchez found my name and contact information in court for a probate case I was settling for my deceased Aunt and constantly called me without leaving messages. When I got in touch with Rogelio he claimed to have visited one of my rental properties looking for me but instead he harassed my tenants being unprofessional and merits harassment in this case. He was very condescending to me on the phone and had the nerve to ask about my other relatives involved in my Aunt's probate case. Again, this man is just a money hungry vulture who is desperate and unethical. Anyone, will be able to see what a self-absorbed jerk he is by talking five minutes on phone with this manipulator.

I apologize for the dismay that I have caused you, aggravating a prospect is the least of my intentions. I can assure you that if our brief conversation over the phone was longer, allowed us to engage and permitted us enough time to thoroughly answer each other’s questions, your judgment and perception about my honesty and trustworthiness would be positive.

Since your comment is anonymous I can only presume which instance or case we are commenting about. Based on what I read and the time at which this was posted I have an Idea of who you are and will give you an explanation.

I list houses by making every effort to contact an Administrator, Personal Representative, or Executor of an estate to ask them if there is an interest in selling Real Property. I don’t contact the personal representative soon after the passing of the decedent for empathetic reasons in order to allow time for grieving. During the time that I don’t contact the personal representative their contact information may change as I assume happened in your case where your previous address is now being rented to your tenant.

Harassment will not provide any positive results for me; it is counterproductive in my trade. I can assure you that the short conversation with your tenant consisted of a friendly introduction of my self and his answer to my question about you no longer living there.

Generally I leave a voicemail if there is an option to do so. If there is no greeting for the voicemail or it is a generic greeting; it causes uncertainty about having a current correct phone number, therefore I may be hesitant to leave a voicemail for the wrong person.
If during a conversation I am disconnected, I will attempt to speak a second time with the personal representative to confirm that our phone call was not ended due to bad cell phone reception and to assure a formal farewell.

My main objective is to offer my services as a Realtor, establish a relationship and build rapport with the Personal Representative. If I ask about the other Heirs to the Estate it is usually to ask if the other Heirs are opposed or in agreement to the actions that the Personal Representative is taking.
