Ryan Air Confirmation ZTTTSK. My husband and I were in Newark, NJ at the airport awaiting our flight to Rome on April 8 when we received an email from Ryan Air apologizing for cancelling our flight scheduled for the next morning and offering a full refund. Ryan Air directed us to a site on which to get the refund but which kept crashing although we tried and tried until we had to board our flight in Newark.
When we arrived in Rome, we could not get to the Ryan Air desk without leaving the terminal which we refused to do. At the information desk, they tried calling Ryan Air without success and then we realized that all the Ryan Air flights to Catania were cancelled. At this point we booked tickets to Catania on Alitalia.
We would like a refund of $298.27. Please let me know if you need additional information to issue our refund. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
