Hi Myself Abdul Aziz Ahmed I booked a handset Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (Model No SM-G7102) on 6th May-14 Since beginning I am facing the heating issue in handset after 10 to 20 minutes while browsing any apps. WiFi & Bluetooth is also giving trouble while connecting. Moreover handset and charger both are also getting overheated while charging. In this concern I also raised the complaint at call center and visited to Samsung store twice with this issue. after waiting 8 hours in the office they have seen my mobile and they liquid trace in PCB need to replace and charges will be Rs.5260/- my mobile is working only WiFi & Bluetooth i refused to pay it was under warranty they put remark that out of warranty when i asked them regarding this They are not taking my feedback, even are not ready to accept and compare this phone with another phone of similar specifications. And I am being threatened to collect my phone as it is otherwise they are not responsible for any loss.
