not doing anything but taking my $

I cancelled my account and asked for a refund of $29.95, it was denied. So I asked if they were going to monitor my accounts they said no. So I asked if your not going monitor my accounts and not going to give a refund isn't that like stealing?

taking my money

I had requested a refund, of course it was denied. Then I cancelled my account, asked if they would continue to monitor my accounts, since they kept my 29.95 they said no. I ask you how is it you don't have to either monitor my accounts or give me a refund?

Scoresense unauthorized charge

I signed up for a 7 day trial on 1/28 I called on 2/4 to cancel to hear a voice recording that said their office was closed. I called first thing the next day and requested a refund for if to be denied
Score sense charges me on 2/3 a day before the trial was to be ended and will not refund me my 29.99 plus the fee the bank charged me as my account went into negative.

Fraud

I did not or would authorize the deduction of 29.95 from my account. It was supposed to be 1.00. My Bank is getting involved and also suggested i contact the State Attorney Generals Office. Hope you are shut down and Prosecuted.

icalled thurs to have this amt taken off my account . she said she had some options . I don't want anymore I want this not to be taken out of my credit card anylonger. norma wyatt please do this
the first place it was going to be 1 dollar and this is what it ended up being . we thought the report they gave us was a good one
come to find out the credit bureaus had lots of things on us where we had never lived encluding bankrupsty take action on this now. norma wyatt Lebanon in 46052

unauthorized charge to my Discover card

I never authorized a $29.95 fee for your product.It was a $1.00 charge that was supposed to be reversed back to my Discover card,, not only was it not reversed but an additional $29.95 was also charged to my card. I want that money reversed to my card stat. That is fraud plain and simple. My lawyer suggested I send this complaint,asking for the money to be returned before we take action. rip off . All of these complaints should be sent or given to the Attorney General of each state.

unauthorized charges

I paid $1.00 for a one time credit score, and was told they would send me an e-mail with a phone # on it to cancel in 7 days. There was NO e-mail sent to me, and they charged my account $29.95. This is FRAUD.

UN authorized Charges to my Credit Card

I signed up on line for your offer to provide a Free One time credit report. I agreed to the charge of $1.00. However my Credit card has had a $29.95 charge made for the last 2-3 months. I beleive you are being fradulent in this charge & will send this information/complaint to the FCC. NO, I was not to cancel within 7 days or be charged the Monthly Fee..... False!!

i put in for a doller credit report. i got a report that i could not read or understand. i cansel with a phone call. two 29.95 was taken out of my bank.has of this time one more 29.95. two of the 29.95 was given back.

My first complaint was meant for scoresense.com. I would also like to request my refund personally, since I couldn't get any progress with your csr. If you continue to deny my request then I will be forced to take further actions. I have no problem filing a claim against your company.

Same company!!! Score-sense need's attn. ASAP!! FRAUD-swiped my $, w/out my AUTHORIZATION!!! I will go to the extreme-for my hard-earned money as well!! I demand my refund ASAP!! It's my money!! TAKEN fraudulently!!! This must stop!!! Please contact an attorney!!!
