I need advice from an agency and a lawyer

I live in Belton TX and I am a senior adult and Social Security Disabled and in poor health. I have used Scott & White Hospital all my life. On Feb 22, I called ambulance because I fell and hurt my wrists. They treated me and while I was going to leave I started having a seizure. The hospital refused anymore treatment and said if I didn't leave immediatly they would call the Police. Not only did they do this but they said if I ever show up on their property again they will call the Police again and have me arrested for tresspassing. I am a little slow and can't read or write very well and my brother is helping me with this case. My brother called the Department of Public Relations Supervisor Bill Selvi at 254-724-2111 he told him that was illegal and they would never do that to a life long patient or any other patient and apologized and said he will get to the bottom of this and assured me this is not the way their hospital operates and he would get back with me immediatly well he did he was right the opposite making accusations that I was acting like I had a seizure and I was making the staff scared and instead of treating me they called the police. I went there because I fell and hurt my arm, hand etc then they handcuffed me put me in a cell naked and roughed me up. I have pics of bruises, black eye and swelling from my fall. I had a $5000 dollar bond and was fined etc. This hospital was in the wrong and if anyone knows of any agency or a lawyer that will take my case please call me at 432-978-1942 and leave message if I can't get to the phone because of my handicap please let me know. I could not find one attorney after calling everyone of them in Bell County to take my case because of their notariety and power scared them off.
