Ke more oasis washer

We have bought 2 washers since 2006 and they both had many repairs. The repairs continued until 2014 when we decided to buy a very simple and cheap washer from Sears. It was and still is disappointing that the repair parts did not fix the 2 oasis washers. I understand a company sticks it's neck out when they try to improve their product, but when the product does not work the customer does not pay for the company's bold move. That is what has happened with the oasis washer, the customers are stuck with a broken or half working washer! That is exactly what my problem is ... A broken, smelly, for some reason rusty lid ( we did not use bleach) is blocking my hallway. The oasis road block has been in place for a week because I know this broken washer should be in my laundry room waiting for the next load not sitting on a dolly infront of a door and quietly wondering if it's young life is really over. No one wants to lose $. The machine turned out to be a flop and I would at least think some fair amount of refund $ or gift cards, etc. would be the honest choice of such a well respected company as sears is. Thank you for your time in this matter. I have been wondering for a long time what do do about the failed washer and I am so happy that I came across this site.

Terrible company!

Hi we bought Kenmore Elite Oasis he in 2007 it is now 2012 and I have had every part of this machine fixed twice every 6 monthes I have to a servece man in these machines are crap.
