Poor Service

This is a complaint about the Service Team responsible for Sears Master Protection Agreements on my refrigerator.

I have a refrigerator under a Sears Master Protection Agreement for 11 years. The refrigerator failed and I have been having difficulty with the responsiveness of their service technician. I know my complaint is minor to many others here, but nevertheless I have been out of work for 4 days now waiting for the service technician to arrive. He finally arrived each day at 4:30pm and stayed for a half hour each time promising to come back the next day. It is now Friday and he was supposed to come this morning only to find out after calling three different Sears 800 numbers that he won't be out until Monday. Keep in mind he never call to tell me that.

This is not a Sears technician. It is a sub-contractor that they hired. My problem is still not resolved.
