SPS Modification added 300.00 to the payment I can’t make now

Back in May 2018, my mortgage was with Mr Cooper, rebranded from Nationstar, Nationstar was fined by the courts for the way they handled customers mortgages, I missed payments on my federal student loan, and my pay was garnished indefinitely, I started with Mr Cooper to Modification of my mortgage, ( Mr Cooper was also in trouble with the feds for the same thing Nationstar was doing, August or September I got a letter saying SPS would now be handling my mortgage, I contacted them, and they said I’d have to start the modification process ALL OVER AGAIN, Ok so I filled out all the paper work they sent, I copied all the documents they asked for, and sent it to them, After a few weeks I haven’t heard anything so I called and the mortgage specialist told me she couldn’t read my bank statement, So I sent it to her again, then, 2weeks later it was I didn’t check a MICROSCOPIC BOX ! I x the box and sent that back to her, then 3 weeks later it was they didn’t have a Tax document, So I opened my folder and said well you should have it, because it was page 4 sent by fax, and I have the receipt saying you received 23 pages, and I have 23 SO YOU GOT IT, AND LOST IT, Um that my Federal TAX DOCUMENT someone BETTER FIND THAT ! A week later, Nope we didn’t get it, send it again, so I sent it registered! 2 weeks pass Still nothing, I call and they tell me they can’t read the bank statement ( ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME ! I screamed and yelled and cursed, they tell me this is what’s missing 4 documents ( that I’ve already sent ) ( SOME TWICE ALREADY ) 2 days later I called and ok now we have everything ! It’ll take 30 days ! Mind you all this RUN AROUND HAS TAKEN 10 months ! I struggled to pay the mortgage and fell behind but always managed to get it caught up, Finally I get a letter about the Modification, AND THE ONLY RESOLUTION THEY WOULD OFFER ME WAS TO RAISE MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT 300.00 a month so I didn’t fall behind again, or Let them take the house and they would sell it to pay the mortgage off ( it’s called something I forget ) I am so BAFFLED as to what that entire thing was about ? So I had been paying the mortgage in 2 payments on line every month, to stay current, I was so pissed off I didn’t pay it for 2 months, then came to my Senses and went on line to make a payment and they locked my account, so I HAD TO MAKE A BALLON PAYMENT in the anmoumt I owed, so I sent a check, then 5 days later sent another check, then 5 days later another, So I’m currently 1 month behind, June 14th I got a account summery with all the payments I’ve made, Everything adds up, then TODAY THE 15th I get a letter saying I’m in default of 2500.00 So I go online and look and it’s exactly what it should be, I call customer service and ask why I’m getting a default letter, When I’m only one month behind, and He says yes your in default, he says were not cashing partial checks, they have to be written for the total amount ! As I’m arguing with him, that any court will see I’m bringing the account current and will not let them foreclose, and my phone is DINGING, I look and guess what they were electricity sending the checks to my bank for payment, I cursed him out, I had to hang up, my blood pressure was sky high, I want this company to suffer, anyone know a lawyer or a class action I can get in on ? No return money and harrassment

I was doubled up on a payment that I requested to be stopped on April 3, 2019. On April 4, 2019 money was taken out of my account when I asked, and was told on the third that the money will NOT be taken out on the 4th. It was an automatic with-draw. I stopped it on the third. When checking my Regions account, I was informed that another $559.00 was taken out. I am over $400.00 in the hole thanks to these people. These people have even sent me a letter stating that I could put my house on a short sale or a foreclosure or I can receive $10,000 for relocation. I have the letter. They are nothing but thieves and I am stopping the automatic withdrawal from my account. I am so upset. I am on a budget from SSI and cannot afford these people harassing me. I am, and admit one month behind due to my health, I have dementia. My son Paul is typing this letter because I will be here for a year if I try.

Reverse Payment

I contacted SPS customer service on October 18th, 2018 regarding a double payment taking for my mortgage. I was told by the customer service reps. that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the payment to be reversed. As of today, November 2nd, 2018, I have not received a refund. And, when I contacted SPS, I was given different accounts on the status of my refund: a check was mailed to me on October 23, which I have not received yet; a payment has been made directly to my bank account, and again, it still has not been done. I have sent them via fax my bank statement showing that no payment/refund was made. Meanwhile, my bank is charging $33.00 a transaction for NSF.
I contacted them yesterday, and found out that they have used the double payment for the November one, and the representative Lexus told me that they tried to make a payment to my bank, but it was not accepted. I called my bank, and she refused to give her the error SPS received.

I want SPS to pay all the charges assessed by my bank to me. As of 11/07/18, it is $267.95. I have submitted all the documents to SPS via fax, and I will send them to the Ombudsman too.

Mortgage fraud SPS

Currently I have a federal lawsuit filed against Select Portfolio Servicing in United States Federal Court on June 11th. I filed the federal lawsuit with the FBI on March 8th 2018. Have to wait the 90 days before filing with the United States Federal Court.

Harassing Calls

This company seems to be a front for a scam operations where you will never get through paying off your mortgage to the bank that they are doing business with. The constant calls for the same reason every single day and night is absolutely absurd and ignorant if in fact they are recording your conversations with them and placing your information and data in some computer somewhere. This needs serious looking into by someone immediately. Always promising to send information and always sending to the wrong address or not at all. This is a scammer and we need to all look into another company or we will get taken to the cleaners...
