I was shopping in the Beaver Dam store on Monday or Tuesday, 5th or 6th, this past week. I was near the customer service desk and overheard either a supervisor or manager reprimanding one of their customer service employees and talking about her health issues.

I felt rather uncomfortable, as this was not something that should have been discussed out in public like that. I can only imagine the feeling the employee had, while knowing there were other customers within earshot.
