I deactivated my account on 6th july 2016 and filed a refund, though i didn't use a single day service of this account after getting renewed.
I got a mail, that my refund was processed and will be credited in my credit card within 5 working days but its been 3 months and i haven't got my money back yet.

I was told I could have 7 days free trail to sign up for Show Me Flix ,but when I looked at my bank statement, I was charged Rs. 2,467.39 on my debit card on 1st Feb 2016. Worst is I didn't even get a message from my bank claiming that my account has been debitted for above mentioned amount.
Is there a way to get back that money?

My account was converted into a premium account without my consent and I was charged $34.95 on my credit card.I want a refund. Kindly let me know the course of action.

i had signed up for a free trial of 5 days and gave in my debit card details. the page showed in block letters that my card will not be charged without the permission of the owner. but they have charged me Inr. 2561/-. i want full refund of my money. and the movies they have are totally worthless, the ones i havent even heard of. i want full refund of my money.
