it is stated i am the resident of ward no 4,shahid sheed road shorkot city .I got account ID 24857759161.Mine meter number GA26563773 stopped the supply of gas on 27-07-2017 of which report was submitted on 28-07-2017 at phone number 0475501283 and they gave complaint number 20. I submitted complaint on 02-08-2017 at 1199 and was given complaint number 1518195368 from them .After again try for this i got again complaint repeat numbers 6658709153 and 2030557860.Sir, my stove is off approximately from 20 days .I try again and again but all in vain.
I pay bills regularly . No dues are left behind .Kindly by replacement of gas meter supply should be rehabilitated so that we should away from these difficulties

It is to inform you that, i have received the bill of amount =6960/- in the month of june but according to consumed units of my bill is of amount =234/- rupees only in total amount is showing =6960/-. I have already complained to nearest office at sama shopping centre university road, i have also attached a CNIC copy, an application and the bill to your office and staff said that due to some mistake this problem is done and it will solved in approx 10 days, but the problem was not solved yet.

The very FIRST GAS Bill supposed to be paid by 04th July 2017 has neither been delivered nor been UPLOADED for taking its copy. When I contacted the Emergency Number 1199 , it was revealed that the Last Date for payment ( as shown in the system ) was 4th July 2017. A complaint has already been registered with 1199 ( Complaint # is 8409787871 dated 11the July 2017). Can some one in SNGPL look into this matter?

Dear sir/madam,

I am raising complaint against Muhammad Aslam. He works at suigas Gujranwala (Sui gas road) office. He takes bribes from number of people for illegal gas connections. Writing off bills. He recently got his son (name: Nouman Ahmad) a job at Sui has office illegally. His son is not capable of passing any eligibility exams for job at Sui gas company. Even he has previously failed number of times the same exam. I demand a strict investigation against Muhammad Aslam and his son Nouman Ahmad for bribery and illegal recruitment.

Sir last 4 months my gas bill against consumer #37203900008 is exceeded up to limit. I already make complain 3 to 4 time at local sui gas office.they change my gas meter three time but problem still not resolved. Last two months bill not received.Sir i am government employer and i am out of city and this is big problem for my family. Sir kindly adjust my gas bill and change my gas meter if necessary. I will be very thankful to you.

Rs.293/- has been extra added in term of fitting charges/ 7%sales tax in my April Bill 2017. nothing is doing by the department in term of fitting but charges is added in fitting term. I m a poor women and cant afford such type of taxes. my totally bill is Rs.200 and extra charges are Rs.293/-
I visited the nearest office but no action taken and also misbehave by official .
Kindly adjust my bill according to my consumption of gas and extra charges be illuminate. Kindly take necessary action against my complaint.

we have many complaint launched on help line but no body response from gas department just linger on and in case any incident of there side we are going to launch complaint chief minister about his mater and department against complaint so again informed urgent required rectification of fault of damage gas line

I am writing to inform you that my Sui Northern Gas Bill month of Feb Consumer id# 43186669537 has paid on dated 20-03-2017 at Allied Bank Branch code 5111 Sialkot. Bill's due date was 20-03-2017. But i find this quite alarming that last bill's paid amount department again include in the March bill. I correct the bill from the concerned department but in May's bill same mistake repeat. I visit again Sui gas office they clear the error but concerned officer behave rudely. why it is happening again and again with me. please investigate the error and inform me of the steps you are taking to avoid this problem in future.

I paid bill of last month after the due date but it was paid. Now the bill of last month is also included in this months bill, Kindly tell me how to correct it,
