Yes i recieved a text saying 185 dollars was taken out of my account and i didnt give any authorization and i want my money back

I was a Verizon user and based on the promtion that Sprint would pay for the termination contract up to 350.00 per line, I decided to switch to Sprint.
First they do not mention that the refund is in a credit card.
Second, Once you sign the contract at the sales office and inquire about the promotion, they tell you you have to apply on line.
You go on line and are required to submit innumerable documents, one is the last invoice from Verizon. When trying to scan and up load to submit, it didn't go through after several trys. So I found a form to fill out and send everything by fax.
All the required paprs were submitted on time.
To this date, 5/27/2015 and after a letter and 2 calls I have not received any refund. As a matter of fact on my last call I was told that the request was declined because I did not submit the papers complete. The inital request was made on 1/22/2015
I had submitted papers for 3 lines and bought Sprint 3 telephones and signed contract for 3 lines (family plan)

Don't believe any thing Sprint says on their promotions.
