Feel totally robbed on opening my packet of '20' cigarettes looked like someone had tampered with my packet so decided to count and only got 17 totally misleading when you ask for 20 and don't get told there is only 17 in the packet God knows why Yous thought this would be a good idea not as if Yous are saving on packaging could still fit 20 in the packet

Can someone please tell me where you complain I ask for a 20 pack of sterling blue knowing their is usually 19 in a packet but I get 17??? What is this all about? Not impressed and I will not be buying them again?

I have bought a 20packet of sterling when I know there is 19 now...but too my horror its 17...this is false advertisement as they are charging full price of a twenty deck a joke !!!
