turning phone off with no warning

Yes I been a customer with straight talk for years. I woke up this morning with my phone not working at all. Now I am sighned up to get notifactions to when my phone is about to turn off since I am a buseness man an need my phone on at all times ESPECIALLY TODAY. Now that yall didn't send no notifactions that my phone was getting turned off today yall letirally screwed me out of 500 bucks I was suppose to make this morning I hope yall get this shit figured out because if not I will be dropping yall ASAP an going to a more reliable phone company.

TO WHO IS LISTENING TO THIS COMPLAINT, I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS WITH STRAIGHT TALK IN FACT, I BELEIVE IN YOU GUYS MISSION, BUT RECENTLY, I BOUGHT ME A APPLE IPAD AND WANTED TO USE IT ON THE ROAD WHEN I TRAVEL, BUT I WAS NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE, SO I CALL STRAIGHTTALK TO SEE IF I COULD GET WIFI OR SOMETHING TO HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM, BUT ALL I DID GET WAS MORE PROBLEMS. YOU COMPANY AGENT THAT I TALKED TO RECOMMENDED ME TO BUY ANOTHER CARD FOR IPAD WIFI SERVICE, AND I DID AND IT DIDN'T WORK, I CALL HIM BACK HE TOLD ME TO GO APPLE, I DID THEY COULDN'T HELP ME, SO NOW I'M STUCK A 50 DOLLAR CARD THAT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME! THEY SAY YOU COMPANY NO RETURN POLICY, THIS BOGGUS IS THIS HOW YOU A LOYAL CUSTOMER, OR ANY CUSTOMER? I DIDN'T WANT MY MONEY I WANTED THE PROBLEM FIXED HELP ME WITH TH IPAD PROBLEM I DO ALOT OF WORK FROM MY IPAD CAN YOU HELP< THANKYOU FOR LISTEN

Walmart

Anything related to Walmart is a sad joke. Do not do business with walmart, or any business Walmart is affiliated with.
Straight talk is one of the worst company's you will ever do business with. They will lie to you. Cheat you out of your money. Never care about your problems with their products, ie let morons in India, and the Philippines be rude, and in no way help you.
You can not understand the morons anyway. Walmart/straight talk have your money. That is all that matters to them.
If our government had the balls, they would send these inbred morons in Arkansas to China, a place they get their junk from, that in the past, have harmed our children with lead, and only God knows what else. Walmart is a disease that needs to be eradicated from the face of the earth, and all company officers should be incarcerated for their crimes against the hard working people who have bought their junk in good faith.

there phone for house

I am not happy because if something doesn't get used right off I get a lot of well you need to take it back to Walmart its not use its them no its you and let me tell you something I got a home phone to put in my house and did use it and yesterday I went to hook it up and you guys told me you couldn't do it because it was out of date and then you wanted me to take it back to Walmart and get a paper from them what and like they would do that and then on top of everything you said I stole it out of Walmart ok for one I am not a person that does that and for 2 my daughter got me that so what you are saying she took it from Walmart and just walked out with it so then you told me to take it back to Walmart okay I called Walmart and they said I cant do that because it would look like I took it and I am not wanting to spend time in jail over you guys thank you so much

lost minutes

I had purchased 2 phones but after about a year one broke. We switched that number to a verison phone, because we had a phone from our son to use and did not have to purchase another. Than we found out that we lost 3 months of minutes from straight talk that I had already purchased through auto refil on my credit card. The company would not work with me. I asked for a refund, I asked for the minutes to be put on our other straight talk phone, but the answer was that I only had two weeks and than it all would be lost. No refunds, the minutes only go to the one phone number even if you have two phones on your account. I told them this was never told to me and that it is bad business. Don't do auto refill and the unlimited is another bad thing. It is only fast for about 2 gigs and than is so slow that you can't do anything. I was never told that minutes bought are unrefundable and when you have auto refil with your credit card there is nothing you sign.

credit card fraud

My credit card was defrauded (I was a victim of credit card fraud) so my credit card was cancelled by my bank and a new one was reissued. I have been paying about $43 for each of my two phone plans via that credit card. When I called to change my method of payment, I was told that I would now have to pay around $48 for the same plan. So Straight Talk will punish a loyal customer (since 2008) for being a victim of fraud. Its not enough that I have gone through hell and back dealing with identity fraud, but now Straight Talk wants to punish the victim. UNBELEIVABLE.DESPICABLE DISGUSTING
I will be looking for another carrier if Straight talk does not make good on this. Both of my accounts will move elsewhere. I will post on every social media forum the behavior of Straight Talk so that other people will know that Straight Talk rewards criminals for fraud and punishes the victims.

charged me twice for service and gave me only 30 days of service

I have tried to call this company thru their office but get o where because all I ever get connected to is an automated phone service an d can't talk to a life person. This is a scam to cheat people out of their money. This phone is for my disabled son to have for getting in touch with hi and for emergencies. He is on disability and only has 50 a month to live on . they took out over 80.00 on him. I want this corrected immediately or else I refer this to the attorney generals office for fraud. the number is 636-428-1676. now

Service and phone

Bought a iphone from walmart.com when i recieved reciept it was from straight talk. Bought this phone for my grand daughter to take with her to school she has breathing problems and we needed her to be able to contact us in a emergency. Phone they sent was thru att which does not work in the area i contacted them and. Actually activated it twice so she could get some useof it and have been talking back and forth with no solution they kept telling me to call apple. This is not apple problem. Phone works service does not in area we need it but try to explain that to them. Well i actually got a supervisor on line from apple and put him on three way and when they told me to call apple he spoke and said he was with apple they assured me this will be resolved . NOT. I have been dealing with this for two months all i want is a phone that will work in the area of my grandaughter school doesnt have to be a iphone something compatable to the price i paid for it. I have been a customer with them ever since they been in business because of the coverage but i am thinking seriously about changing their customer service is by far the worse i have ever dealt with. Oh and they suppose to send me a new sim card and it is same as what was in it. They also willnot port my number over so i can use the phone were i live said it could not be done well first thing monday morning better business will be hearing from me I am so done

locked out by Straight talk.

After all the phone B.S. Straight talk taxed me to turn my phone off and back on.
When I did, they had Locked me out! Not just Once, but twice!! Call center was in the Philippines.
Contacted FL., Headquarters, they refunded the minutes, but the end story after all the run around
Lying game, they told me to call China, that's where the phone was made. Bunch of irresponsible
People in the Philippines!

Can't dial a 1888 number

I just had another frustrating conversation with a representative that I could not understand and could NOT help me. I am unable to call a 1888 number and the representative said I need an alternate number so they can fix it. THIS IS THE ONLY PHONE I HAVE!!!!! So how can I do an alternate number?????????

Lousy costomer service/ poor technical supprt

It all started when I called to set up my phone set up with you. Went to "Bring Your Own Phone" so I could keep my number, and the person on the other end gave me a new number. When I realized what she had done, I tried to get someone that could give me my number back. No one seemed to know what to do and every time I asked to talk to a supervisor, they would just pass me to someone that had no idea what was going on. HOW RUDE!!!! NEVER GOT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR!!!!!! All of this took 2 1/2 days to get figured out and even my boyfriend was trying to help, but he got the same help as I did, NONE!!!!! He was finally transferred to someone named Lisa, in what you call Porting, who was very helpful and solved the problem. Thank you Lisa. Lisa was sending me a new SIM card, overnight express, which took 3 days to get here, not counting the week-end, and my phone was turned off the day before. So, no phone for 1 day!!! If this is the kind of service you get when you need help, I WIIL NOT RECOMMEND STRAIT TALK to anyone

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAIT TIME

I CALLED STRAIGHT TALK AND PUSHED BUTTON AFTER BUTTON AFTER BUTTON UNTIL I FINALLY GOT A LIVE PERSON (WHO I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND) AND HAD TO ASK HER NUMEROUS TIMES TO REPEAT HERSELF............FINALLY SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" AREA AND I WAITED ON THE LINE FOR OVER 50 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, THE PERSON SAID HIS NAME WAS ADAM AND ASKED WHAT WAS WRONG. I STARTED TELLING HIM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY PHONE AND I HEARD A "CLICK." GUESS WHAT???? NO MORE ADAM, SO I JUST HUNG UP!!!!!!!

Second notice: Verizon will not let calls go to my answering machine, it say`s I have a voice mail that has not been set up. I thought I was working with straighttalk.

getting messages at 1 am in morning

Get message to update roaming capabilities at 1:11 am in the morning. Most people are asleep at this time in the morning. To have phone go off while sleeping is very annoying to say the least. But it seems that you could have better communications with clients then calling at this hour for a message that one had ask for. Need to do some time checking on time zones so no waking people up.

I mirror the complaint from BOLD FACE LYING AND CALLOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE .This company is run by incompetent
paid actors . I have been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes, the entire time Eldred #56709 he says is his identification, sure it is!!
will not connect me to a supervisor. I called Wall-Mart while this all taking place and put them on the spot, I have the kids Name
the time I bought the phone and ever other instrument known to the civilized world, however they will not activate my phone
I'm looking at my bank statement and see where they have debited my account for service as per agreement..
Unreal they refuse to satisfy there end of the agreement, I have been informed the #s don't jive? the crazy part is I'm actually
talking about this, this company is absolutely a fraud. the only reason I started using this company is I have a Girlfriend who
is so poor, so pretty and she swears by them I, said all right I will give it a shot. Little did I know this is the only place she and
all her friends can go to even get Cell Service. these people pray on the weak, the no credit folks in our world> It really is ashamed
that people get treated by the telecom juggernauts like 3rd world citizens. I hope just one person reads this and decides not
to use any of these providers. stick with the Big Boys you will never get the run around like you do from Straight talk. I 'm so pissed I had to tell someone, I don't even write my own Family. I'm going to change all that staring Today. thanks for reading

I am having with my phone for the 2nd time I will be talking to someone it will hang up that happened 3 time when I was talking to someone or someone will be talking to me but they can t hear me this happens often do I have had straight talk for years and this never has happened can you help me or do I have to go to another company foe my phone

Scam Company

I decided to give Straight "CROCK" a try after Walmart employee pushed it hard. I was told to go to stbyop.com to be sure that my existing phone was compatible. At this SC site you type in the MEID number from your phone and the primary zip code it will be used in....I did this and got the reply "Good news your cell phone is compatible with our network". Wanting to be sure I didn't make a mistake I repeated it 2 more times. Only then did I go to WalMart and buy the activation kit.
Results.....after 3 hours never got past the first screen of activation. Alternating messages between "no service for your area code" and" invalid encryption code entry"
Tried the support number and it was just automated slop trying to sell you more time...no option to speak to a rep. Next, found the phone number of the "corporate office" and guess what?....No answer. What corporate office doesn't answer the phone?? At this point I'm ready to give up...but no....The next day I give it a try again and I spot an obscure icon to Etext with a rep. I do this and it tells me I am 15th in queue and 3 mins 15 secs out so I WAAAAAIIIIITTTTEE. a long time (by the way the queue counts down but the time never changes. Finally a guy types in the box and I reply with my problem. End result.....he says my phone is not compatible........but your own software site said it is. What did I get? "sorry for the inconvenience"...then disconnected.
BUYER BEWARE....Walmart does not want to stand behind this product. They 1st said I would have to go to Straight Crock to get money back. I knew this wasn't going to happen so I persisted through 3 managers until they finally gave an in store credit.
A blessing in Disguise? I can't imagine trying to get help from this company if I really had a problem with my phone.

The card says international minutes however it doesn't call Jamaica this is false advertisement. The card should state that not all countries are covered. I am reporting this to the better business bureau

No Mixed Media Messages

I purchased a Galaxy Discover phone from Straight Talk and unlimited minutes package. I spent about three hours on the phone with techs and they haven't been able to resolve my issue of not getting MMM's. I tried to file a complaint but there is no mechanism other than going back to the dance that is customer service. First I was told it was my phone and we spent a long time reprogramming it. Second I was told it was the local network and would be fixed in 24 hours. Third I was told it was my phone APN not being recognized and was in the process of resolving this issue when I was disconnected by the company. I attempted to call back and was told I needed to start again. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor. Needless to say I hung up. I am extremely upset. I used to frequently recommend Straight Talk service to friends when I had an old phone. I have had to use customer service and get jacked around for hours. How is it that a

telecommunications company doesn't have the means to either reconnect a customer to the tech she was talking to or at least see a record of what transpired ? And who doesn't allow you to talk to a supervisor ??? I asked for refund for the past few months of poor service and on the crappy phone but was again sent back to customer service. Straight Talk is the worst phone company, even AT&T is better and they make me tear my hair out.

Worse phone service I've ever had. Their so called unlimited data usage is a complete lie. After 2.5 giga bites of usage it just stops, nothing. Often when I call or receive a call either I cant here the person on the other end or they cant here me. The ZTE Savvy phone I have is a piece of crap, eratic. Customer service is the worse Ive ever experienced. STAY AWAY FROM STRAIGHT TALK. IT'S A SCAM COMPANY.

unable to call out , or calls get cut off in my home. all 3 of our straight phones. wanted a supervisor after unable to fix w the 430 no.

all 3 of our straight talk phones cut out while talking to others. in my house no service period. can receive at times. but cannot call out. I have to go to my front yard sidewalk to make a call. I spent over one and one half hours on the phone last week trying to get my phone fixed. now the next week still cannot call from inside my home. the people in the 430. no. say I need another phone to fix my phone. did not help. when all 3 of our phones which r straight talk do the same problem. so I have no other phone to use. they r of no help. they tell me to talk to walmart and have them assit us. the only thing they do is sell the phones. they know nothing about service of the phones when they do not work. is there anyone who can help us w our phones. ha. I have gone around and around. no one has been able to help us. carol pertain. 9097869408. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
