I sent this same message to Straight Talk explaining to them what they did wrong.. If they promised you a new phone, then please read this.
I had a conversation with one of your customer service tech support people. Her name was Fe from the Philippines office. My problem with my phone began about 3 weeks ago. I couldn't send pic msgs or texts and was only able to call out/text occasionally and only occasionally my calls/texts would connect. After 5 calls to your tech support and 2 resets and a new sim card, I was told it was my phone by your tech support. Never did they offer to check to see if it was your recent upgrade. I had heard a recording giving us the customers a number to call for change in 2G but I didn't think that affected me because my phone is newer so I ignored. Then one day I tried to call out and a recording came over that stated, "Your phone is restricted, Please hold for the next available agent." That call is where my problem began. I was promised a new phone that would support your upgrade and told it would be mailed out to me and I would receive it within 10 days. One that is comparable to the one I have now. Unbelievable as it seemed, I have been waiting for the new phone for about 6 days now. So today I called and stopped my auto pay because with the new phone I was going to receive, I decided to change my number. That is when I spoke with Miss Fe. She would not divulge any information to me so that I could contact the company working for you to find out if my phone had been mailed. In fact, she talked in circles as you can check the recording for the whole conversation but her circles were quite aggravating. I have been with your company for many years probably >20. I have never had this sort of issue and always had good service while traveling and never with a complaint about st talk. This is an injustice that you st talk will have to settle one way or another. I look for a class action law suit which will only buy you time but if you were that awesome company who made a mistake then shouldn't you take care of your customers and fix it? You will lose more in the end. I want my phone I was promised and I guarantee Morgan and Morgan would love this case. Please reply with a logical solution for me. My phone number connected to this case is ... My service ends on Nov 2nd and I will no longer be a customer of yours without some sort of resolution.
Sincerely an angry customer who will fight for justice and what is fair.

phone number transfer to a new phone without my permission

these fraudsters sent my phone number to a new phone my phone stop working i had just paid my bill for July 2016. in my phone went dead in was off. i called a Straight Talk rep and after being on hole for 45 min i was told that someone had sent my phone number to a new phone and they said they knew who did it and cancel the phone and that Straight talk would mail me a new slim card and that i would receive the slim card and two days its been four days and noting and i have been calling four the last two days with know luck and they stop answering the phone and i keep getting recordings that all operators or busy helping other people. mean while i ran across this page revealing how Straight talk is a bad Co to do business with and how these bad and fraudsters Representatives in the Philippians are taking a lot of people moneys and ling what evil people i/m never trusting any rep that sounds like a they are Philippians i'm handing up my phone you should read all of the complaints. Those bad people that's doing these's acts needs to be locked up for doing this to people. This's is really hard on people taking time out of people lives times are all ready hard enough i have been treated badly before by Philippians,, I can't wait for trump to get in here in clean up all this dirty business I am to report this to BBB and Attorney General

Fraud Charges

Well as a senior citizen:, I have overlooked, until now that Straight Talk, had been deducting $ from my bank acct.
After 5 hours of being on the phone, and finding out this is a fraud charge, I got the so called policy from them stating : NOT OUR PROBLEM ! I had cancelled my service months ago, had my phone number transferred over to AT&T, thought all was good.

AS talking with a customer service rep: Felyn, really, finding out, someone, reactivated the phone line, with auto deduct, and got a new phone number, I asked, so when was then done, and who authorized it, NOT ME !!, she stated, because of security I can not give you that information, I said, wait, you have my money and my card information right ? I am the only one that uses this card, and only two ppl alive that knows the answer to the security question( other than all of Straight Talk employees )

She stated you need to contact your bank and they will take care of the matter, Straight Talk will not do anything.
Well I found out that TracFone , and Straight Talk are the same. Their policy stated: When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, well Felyn, said we have no policy. I am not going to let this go. I hope that everyone will pass along to their friends, the bad business and the NOT OUR PROBLEM policy of Straight Talk, I will pursue.

my data on the my account app is showing i have over 1369.8 mb remaining a

And straight talks customer care are saying that my data has ran out and different people in customer care says different things one person might say its a glitch in the system the next person will say that my data has ran out for real and its unlimited data it say unlimited data when u buy your prepaid plan i think I should get an extra month of the 45 dollar plan that includes unlimited calling texting and internet because that's called false advertisement if it all says different things I can't even use my phone internet at all

Terrible customer service

Was with Tracking 4 10 years & no problems. Went 2 Straight Talk smart phone 2 years ago and no problem until I moved. Now 3 phones later, hundreds of dollars spent, and not one of the 3 phones work correctly.

Literally months, 100 or more hours, many family, neighbors or friends trying to help me, and not one rep, whether by phone, email or live chat has been able to help me.

My phone number is 440-548-5673 but it may or may not work if you try to contacte.

No Refunds

I ordered Straight Talk Sim card and min. online and paid for 3 day shipping. I ordered it on February 17 in the morning and it shipped on the 17 afternoon. At the time they were doing a promotion for free overnight but when I tried to add it to my order it was trying to still charge me so I didn't want to take any chances and just paid 4.95 for 3 day instead of 14.95 for overnight. I figured I would still have plenty of time because I would get it on Friday and I'd be leaving Sat. to go out of town. Now FedEx isn't delivering it until Sat. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter's phone. I call Straight Talk they track it and they transfer me to another department where I had to wait again for someone else to get on the phone and explain the situation and he said they don't issue refunds for the shipping. Ok well, I can call FedEx it is their fault but now I have to pay some to sit outside my house and wait for my package if it's not here before I leave. I tried to explain that to them did they care? No! I asked "What if I my package goes back to yall what what will happen then?" "Will you just issue a refund as soon as you get it back?" He said mam we don't issue refunds. Wow are you serious! ! I was furious! First you don't care second you won't issue a refund for the shipping and then third I tell you I'm having to pay someone to sit outside my house to wait on this package and if it goes back to you you will not issue me a refund. I asked for corporate info. he gave me some email [email protected] he said they don't have a phone number. Really what kind of "company" doesn't have a corporate phone number? I guess one like this.. uncaring, and thieves that like to keep your money. I called back to talk to a manager told him I was recording the conversation because I just don't see how it's legal for them to keep your money? Ugh so upset and disappointed not a good way to start out a "Straight Talk" customer.
