Straight talk has terrible customer service. I mailed my broken phone (only had for 4 mths) to them for replacement and they would not send another phone till they phyically received it. The phone was mailed Fed-ex so they would have it within 2 days. Called after a week and still gettting the run around on when I will receive a phone. They still have not mailed it and do not have a tracking number. Said to check back in 36 to 48 hours. Same line I have been getting every day I call.
