We are the dwellers of K.M.C. Compound, Near Driving License Office, Old Clifton, Karachi. We would like to inform you that we are facing the gas load shedding problem since last winter. For the whole day, gas in lighted likes a candle. It will take too long to cook our food properly. The low gas pressure problem is only with 20 to 25 houses in our compound and rests in the nearby houses have no problem.

This low pressure occurs might be of the leakage or stolen gas by nearby houses (that’s not confirmed). If we compared our usage and bills with last year that became the same then where this gas load shedding come from ?
You are requested to please consider this matter on prior basis and take action.

i deposited Rs 25000 urgent fee dated 05-06-2014 after survey of site.
deposited demand notice of Rs 6000 at date 23-06-2014. and after one week my installation orders were issued by GM. i contacted so many time to Attock City office for installation of meter but after 50 days of demand note deposit still no action is taken and i am still waiting for urgent connection. Kindly take strict action against Attock Office and resolve this issue.

At House No. 7, Ali Street No. 3, Ittefaq Colony, Sanda Khurd, Lahore; the installation of 2nd sui gas meter was requested many years ago. Since We have lost the relevant receipt, sui gas 2nd meter was not installed. Upon my continuous pursuance to my old application, I have been asked to lodge a new application for quick installation. The same applied again vide customer ID NO. 9746231016 dated 07.01.2014 BUT THE INSTALLATION OF 2ND METER ON SAME PROPERTY IS STILL AWAITED. PLEASE EXPEDITE.
