Debit Order : Refund

I made a payment via E/F/T for the amount of R228-00 on Monday the 15/12/2014 for services ADT checked faulty equipment. No body from ADT had the decency to call me and to ask whey the amount is still outstanding. On Wednesday the 17/12/2014 I received a sms notification from ADT saying that there was an outstanding amount owing and they will be deducting a debit order for the amount of R228-00. I contacted ADT early at about 8am Wednesday morning the 17/12/2014 and spoke to the account department whom asked me to email the proof of payment, which I did straight away. He will get the relevant personal to contact me in regards to be refunded the R228-00 and banking fees. The following day I received a sms notification from my bank on Thursday morning the 18/12/2014 that an amount of R228-00 has been paid to ADT from my account. I phoned three different time on Thursday from 8am, 10:30am and 2:00pm, explaining my problem to several personals as the credit controller whom is handling my account is never available nor around and neither is the managers or supervisors. On Friday the 19/12/2014 I made another call and still nobody with authority was available. I have left several messages for them to call me back and to confirm when my refund of R228-00 and including bank fees will be refund. I have told them that I want my monies refunded in full including the bank fees and not to deduct the R228-00 from my next installment when the next debit order is due.

I find that ADT Paying Customer Services in the country is unacceptable and no-existence. When you have a problem you land up having to explain yourself to several personal almost an entire week, running up a phone bill whom ADT isn't paying because nobody is polite enough or willing enough to do their work as it is easier enough to pass the buck to the next unwilling person to call the Customer back and let them know that their problem is being solved.
