I am deeply sadden to share my ugly experience with the Team of members of Telstra staff in Manila and Mumbai (In dia). I would love to share my experience with my Case managers Mr Malcolm D' souza Employees Id D 712906 who has been on my case for the past few weeks and has often given me baseless informations, made promises never delivered / denied, promised to call back but did not. Informations given and promises made by Malcom were based on assumptions and fabricated lies. His promise to fast track the order than last minute saying he can not do that. Why one will make a promise if can not deliver. It is a shame, Same experience with another case Manager Yogita Prate Employee Id D 691299, called me to say she is my new casr manager at the time when I was visiting an old lady in the Hospital who is dying. I humbly asked Yogita to please call me after 15 minutes since am visting a seriously ill person in the hospital, Yogita agreed but did not call back when I was calling her i could not get through. It is like promise and do not deliver, Now i will introduce you to Roselin Albuquerqub who called to say she is my new case Manager but seems to me she did not knew what she was talking about, I was begging her to connect me to the Complaint Team in australia but she was not confomortable in accepting my request and kept saying I will make a note of that than connecting me to a Complaint team in australia. It seems to me that she knew I been ill handled and she was trying to protect her coleagues from India. Now She called me this morning to say her Manager Amit Pral want to speak to me. after a long wait on Hold Amit was as,king if I want to speak to her. i could not believe this as i was asked Manager want to speak to me. I would expect before taking my call Manager is suppose to know about the matter but he did not.
Let me introduce you to a Wonderful Man Mr Amit Sinha who I understand is a Manager at Held order management team. Amit thre days ago spoke with me in details and accepted that there are two orders in the system while there should only b e one and accepted that previous case managers Malcolm D, Souza and Yogita prate has not done the job properly and promised to take an action but nothing happened. Yesterday on 15th of September Just after 4 Pm I spoke with amit Sinha who told me that infrastructure isd in place and we can not see any problem in processing the order but I need couple of days to confirm this but few minutes later the case manage Roseline confirmed that she does not agree with Amit but connection process will take quite some time which is outrageous. Now I have lodged a complaint with Complaint section in Manila and the case manager was sophia Employee Id D 691654 who assured me that some one will contact me regarding my complaint with in 24 Hours but not 3 -4 days gone no one has contacted me, Problem is where connection is required it needs a lead in work and request for lead in work has been with the Designing peoples with Telstra who are absolutely hopeless . There is a matter os medical priority but who cares. I am calling for an enquiry by a Senior Manager of telstra from australia , Listen to al my recorded conversation with the peoples mentioned in here. I am sorry to say that Telstra has has highly incompetent staff in India and Manila. I ask Telstra to please seriously look in to this and listen to the recorded conversation with all mentioned in here to note how I been mislead and they all were contradicting with each other. I admitt that Telstra and its team in Australia is outstanding but team in India and Manila are hope.less does not know what they are loing. Why Cal centres has to be in Mumbai and Manila why not Sydney or Melbourne? Having cal centres overseas are absolutely waste of time and money
