Business Contract Fraud

We are a small business that signed up for TWC's internet and phone services. We recently switched to a new phone system and when we tried to reduce our TWC service to only internet service, we were told that we would have to pay more than $8,000 for ending our contract early because we still had 5 years left on the contract. That was news to us. The version of the contract we signed does not include any service term period. However, the version of the contract TWC produced has a service term period included. That only could have been included on the contract AFTER we signed the contract. We are not legal experts, but altering a contract after it has been signed without the consent or knowledge of both parties seems to meet the threshold of contract fraud. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find anyone at TWC to resolve the matter as we have gotten the run around. At this point it appears that we may have no recourse other than to pursue legal action. We have since spoken to our attorneys who concur on the merits of our case but all things being equal we have better things to spend our time and money on than to sue TWC for damages and legal fees as well as to get them to honor the contract we signed. We are open to any recommendations.

$200 Rewards Card

The same thing is happening to me in Carlsbad, CA. Time Warner representatives changed the dates I am supposed to receive my gift card several times. A supervisor told me today that I will receive my gift card in May. Time Warner service sucks.

$200 Rewards Card

I was told that if I switched to Time Warner Cable Bundle and registered on line, I would receive a $200 Rewards Visa Card. I also sent in a copy of the old cable company's monthly statement which proved that I had switched cable companies. This was six months ago and I have not received my reward.

$200 Rewards Card

This same thing is happening to me. I have been through numerous people telling me that all requirements have been met, but that the gift cards are on back order!!! I was supposed to receive the $200 gift card no later than the end of January and now I'm told that it will be the end of May!! That's nine months after I signed up...we'll see what happens in May!!

Billing of adult movies

My 13 yr old son was able to click on demand and click on Adult movies and the exit several time with in min and I was billed for each one $180.00 worth and there was no secuirty or codes to stop him nor was I ever told you have to put a pin on your remote and account . What the hell so I have to pay for your mistake yes yours by not telling be when you installed and replaced boxes in my house.it was a teenage stupid mistake . and not 1 manager will call me back it's been 6 days . I have never order a movie and been a long time customer . purchase else where they treat people as if we're lying . and they hang up on you, when you simply explaining your problem
