Dulu bila balik kampung saya on Line data HP line data saya H+ tapi sekarang bila saya balik kampung on data HP di jadi E dan network Line jadi kosong.

Yo why UMobile did this to me i have GX38 with 6MB/s applicable to all usage but just on Google Play..?

U Mobile, please look into your service and improve it. I subscribed to unlimited data & voice plan but it seems that the data has been capped somehow.Please be honest to the users like us and please please upgrade your service (intermittent on off), I am thinking to bring this matter up to MCMC if nothing is being done in another 3 days.

Disebabkan line hang yang punyalah teruk giler, aku kalah jackpot RM250 la !! Jap ada, jap slow..jap lagi langsung dah xde !
Kadang2 aku nak buat transaksi online pun payah..sms no tac tu, amboi3 !!! Punyalah rilek giler dia sampai, disebabkan kau punya line coverage yang sempoi gila sampai garis line tu terkeluar dari handset aku.. banyak laju ooo..
Tolong lah weii..tolong.. aku sanggup bayar rm5 lebih pun, usahalah sikit nak maintain line tu..
Data tak payah nak laju macam unifi pun xpe, asalkan line coverage tu biar selalu ada..putus sekali sekala tu okay la kan, tapi kalau langsung dah xde nak buat macam mana? Lagi2 kalau sape2 ada ape2 time emergency ke... kalau kita nak tolong orang yang kena accident ke.. camne nak call ambulan kalau line xde time tu? Tak kan nak bawak moto pergi hospital, lepastu suruh abg ambulan tu ikut belakang nak sampai tempat accident kut?

pagi hari ini jam 7 pagi ...20hb julai 2020...tiba tiba line umobile servis...dan apabila servis selesai..maka tiba2 line tenet aku jadi lemah..dan...tiba2 aku tgok plan aku diubah mjadi umi 50 ....

dari dulu aku cuma amik plan GX 30...tak pernah ubah apa2...dah kol operator...dorang ckp..aku ada ubah plan pada 7hb lalu...

aku maki la dorang...kenapa nak tipu??kenapa nak tiba2 ubah plan?? korang mmg nak cekau duit cus ker???

Perkhidmatan internet di kawasan Kota Masai Pasir Gudang terlalu teruk.Mohon pihak telco Umobile ambil tindakan penyelesaian yang sewajarnya. Sebelum ini aduan telah di buat dan perkhidmatan internet masih sama.Terima Kasih.

I check coverage on theif official website and been confirmed by centre that my area can get 4G or at least 3G, well I buying prepaid to test and not even 2G was provided. I try inside and outside of the house, nothing change at all. Its not my first time got thisbstyle of scam with umobile.

Just a small amount to U-Mobile but rm10 credit to some people is big..
i didnt on data roam under mobile networks...why would i on it if im not travelling overseas..
u-mobile charged me for data roam which i didnt request...rip off..
my other no celcom same location didnt charge...why3...huhuhu

I've decided to cancel my Digi package used for almost 12 years and changed to U-mobile. Is this how U-mobile serve the customers? The super weak coverage have been driving me crazy. I know one customer won't affect much in your business but I'm switching to another Telco soon. U mobile really suck. It's like attracted by a nicely wrapped gift but its empty inside. I'm so pissed and disappointed.
