None-Payment

Good Day
pi have applied for the UIF benefit using the uFilling system since 09/09/2021 the turn around time have long passed and i have submitted all the supporting documents needed for my application to be processed yet till to date no result of my payment has been made,i have called to the center numerous time to get an updated with regards to the status of my application yet i havent got any assistance with my case.

Applied for benefits in March 2017 received one payment only and than payment was stopped

Applied for benefits in March2017 ,received one payment April 2017 and than payments , was stopped . I lodged a complaint, and was told it would be rectified and that my benefits , would be plaid in within the next 7 to 10 days even though I have submitted supporting documents from the company where I was working as per the Uif office request . It is already four months down the line and nothing has happened , even though I am doing follow up every week since I lodged the complaint , getting the same feedback , that the money would be paid in within the next 7 to 10 days , but up to date I received nothing . UIF Unpaid Maternity Benefits

I applied for UIF Maternity Benefits long ago. To date I have not received a cent. On the Ufiling online system it states my application has been completed by the Assessor. So what is the hold up now? If assessment has been done already, surely a decision has been taken as to when to pay out my money. Why has there been no feedback to me yet? I want my money, my child is 4 months now and needs to eat. I have no money and have just returned to work as maternity leave is over. I have no money to commute to work and on month end, you all will be the first to deduct my money for this UIF thing I am not benefiting from. Please, do what's right. Pay people for their monies that you keep deducting throughout their years of employment. And while at it, teach your personnel how to handle client queries and the call center staff to answer calls when one wants to make enquiries through them and not let the clients be on hold for hours on end. Your poor service everywhere is unacceptable.

Uif Maternity claim still unpaid after 5 months

In July I applied and submitted all my documents for my maternity claim via ufiling. A month passed and I did not hear or receive feedback from the labour department so I phoned the call centre, a lady told me that they did not receive any of my ui19 forms. I then resent it. A week later my claim was approved and was told by a call centre consultant that I should receive a payment in 10 days. 10 days later I received nothing I then phoned the call centre again, they submitted my query to the paymaster to discover they need my medical certificate for continuation payment in order to release my payment. I sent my medical aid certificate and didn’t hear or receive anything back. After a few phone calls being told the same story that my claim is approved I should check online and my money should come within so many days. I then get told oh they did not receive my medical certificate, which I got proof they received it. I then resent it. After numerous phone calls I am still waiting for the paymaster to phone me and the assessor to phone me back. I get told the same story over and over again that my claim is approved I should receive my money within 5 days. I phoned the call centre today to be told in a rude manner by a lady Victoria, that I must stop phoning everyday I am not going to get my money today. I then asked to speak to a manager, she tells me I am still not going to get my money, I told her I understand that I would just like to speak to them, and she refused to put me through. It has been 5 months and I still have not received any money. How am I supposed to support my son and myself with no money and pay for bills? Doesn’t anyone see the urgency in this matter? Can someone please phone me back urgently and give me feedback what is going on and when will I receive my money.
